"We had a great stay at Hotel Ruby. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Newer hotel with all amenities. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor gas fire pits for entertaining, free breakfast with enough options to start your day, exercise room and a outdoor dog play area. Very pet friendly hotel and pets are welcomed with a doggie treat bag. The rate was very affordable for everything included. The rooms are clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, and in a clean, safe area with lots of food options. Highly recommended and I would stay here again if back in the area."

"It was very nice all though the 25 for the day up above was kinda disappointment since we came in late and I tried asking for a refund on that and got nothing back from them. Other than that the stay was awesome and very nice place. "

"Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable, desk staff was friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were clean. Bed was firm, great for me, not so much for my partner. Breakfast was really good, and on weekends during ski season they apparently often have a chili social. "

"We've stayed at the Coeur d'Alene hotel 9 times. In the past 9 months. When we were traveling regularly from S. Oregon to visit a house we were having built. We call the hotel our home away from home, because we always enjoy our stay. It's very comfortable. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!♡"
