"If you have a car, you cannot get it cheaper for the quality in San Pedro, which is notoriously expensive for the mediocre quality of accommodations. It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The two rooms, bathroom, and kitchen all lead outside to rhe porch, which can be uncomfortable in winter (it gets cold at night). "This was a very quirky place to stay while exploring La Serena. It is a room with a private bathroom at the top of a narrow winding staircase. The bed is comfortable and there is a small sitting area with table and two chairs. The shower has very limited hot water, but serves it purpose. You can make coffee in the shared kitchen downstairs, but the room is locked until the owners wake up."
