"My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions."

"We had a four night stay at the Mercury and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The team on Reception were so helpful and friendly - going ‘above and beyond’ to help us. The breakfast was delicious and the team in the restaurant worked hard to ensure the buffet was well stocked with a nice range of breakfast treats.
