"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. Simon was extremely helpful and the process went without a hitch. Heartedly recommend."

"the property is in a great location and we enjoyed the convenience of the jetty and access to water taxis. The bench seat cushions were grubby and need either cleaning or an upholstery makeover. In addition, the hosts provide plenty of information- the number of warning notes about infringements and extra payments were however excessive and detract from relaxation, as this was made very clear prior to being accepted as guests. Unlikely to visit this property again. "

"The house itself is nice; with good decor and appliances; the outside shower is a great experience and the location is top notch.A star was taken off due to host’s slow response (over 24 hours in certain reply); couldn’t provide a working hair dryer; and took over 3 days to get garage door fixed. And limited shower gel and cooking basics (no coffee, no cooking oil) The overall experience was still very good. Would book again; hope the host would add the basics to really bring the property to 5...
