"So easy and accommodating from start to finish. Staff really added to our experience from checking in and navigating services and finding the train for the Agawa tour. We received an unexpected upgrade which was a wonderful treat. The beds were comfortable. The pool and sauna were also an added experience after a day of driving. We were able to order in pizza which was economical and added to our comfort too as we just wanted to get in our pjs. The only improvement would be access to movies like Netflix. I would definitely stay at this location again. "

"My stay was good the hotel is decent can’t complain had no problem just didn’t like the carpet in rm and was happy that the windows didn’t open very stuffy since the bathroom fan was not working or none existing but we had to move rooms which was no problem, I was very happy with the new room as it had no carpet and it had a sliding door that opened out into courtyard which is very convenient for our dog"
