"This was our second trip and it was great. The front desk on our first trip was much better though. The front desk on this trip was not nearly as friendly. Service in Cabin. 82 - the restaurant was very very very slow. Took over one hour to get our food. But I do love this hotel. "

"There were just a few things I was concerned about. When we got in our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Also, we had to go back up front to ask how to turn the shower on. It was not the usually stopper to pull up. The lady up there was very nice and gave us a card with the instructions. This should have been in the room in my opinion."
