"A little difficulty as I arrived, had to phone the reception, well I was with a colleague who spoke German- so we entered after being given a password. If on my own would be a problem as my telephone had stopped- roaming exhausted on the drive. However, all sorted - it would have been easier if there was someone on reception."

"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"We travel alot and this is the best family room we have ever stayed in! The separate area with the single child bed is amazing! You can pull the curtain across so little ones can go to sleep earlier than the adults. Great design. Car park right underneath so you can get your luggage straight upto the room. "

"I arrived last in the evening and found the doors locked. I called the reception desk and was let in. The Hotel is clean and comfortable But has no restaurant and there was no Breakfast service. In fairness this information is on the hotel web site and had I paid greater attention. "The receptionist was lovely. However, we did not get a double bed, but two singles, which resulted in my sleeping in the crack - it was a couple's get-away. Also, the fact that smokers linger in front of every window and smoke getting into the room and noise levels of conversations being high at all times of day and night, does not help the comfort."

Die über den Online-Check in abgefragten persönlichen Daten mussten nochmal handschriftlich eingetragen werden. Zimmer 1 im EG liegt genau gegenüber der Rezeption und am Durchgang zu den öffentlichen Toiletten des Restaurants. "Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. "No staff for late-night arrivals; call ahead for special handling (try not to be late; limited outdoor lighting). Hotel is in tiny part of small town; not much around (few residential houses and park); requires a lot of navigation from Autobahn (not "easy-on/easy-off").
