"Great location and room was awesome size. We did not have a phone in the room and had not way to contact front desk area. Back door near our room would not work with our key. I know it was an issue with other guest as they also were trying to get in. I think ice machines need to be located more frequently around hotel as well as washer/dryers. It was a trek to reach both of them of our 3 night stay. "

"The property itself, room and facility was good and well maintained. The front desk staff lacked some professionalism. I had a banner sent to the hotel for a three-day event. I received notification it had been signed for, but the front desk staff insisted it had not been delivered. The Manager found the box(with my name, company name and note asking staff to give it to me on check in Wed night. So, they had the box for two days at the front desk and the staff didnt bother really looking. Overall, as far as a facility, it is good. Kitchen staff is fun and made good food. The area(s) were clean and maintained. "

"We stayed her for 2 nights for my baseball tournament and it was hands down the nicest hotel we stayed at. Everything was perfect! Bed was comfy . Overall everything was perfect!!!"
