Newly renovated, and stylishly decorated Junior 1 bedroom condo in the Surf Song family resort. This 5th floor (top floor) unit boasts spectacular views of just about the entire island; from bayside sunsets to views of the beach and boardwalk. The resort has two pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, rooftop sundeck, two elevators, private parking for one car, and is just steps from the world famous Wildwood boardwalk and beaches! Sleeps four with a Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed in the bedroom and a full convertible sofa bed in the living room, this unit is ideal for a couple or a family with a couple of littles.

We loved our stay here. Very clean and the right amount of space for two adults to enjoy. Art is very responsive to any texts/calls. The boardwalk is right down the block. Hope to stay here next time we're in wildwood!

Extremely clean
Property very well maintained, nicely renovated and super clean. Very nice common areas, so close to the beach and to the boardwalk, and a quiet location as the property is close to the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and very nice. Be aware that the futon is on the hard side (fine for kids, but not for adults).

Couple weekend
We used the property for a festival weekend/adult getaway and we had an amazing time. Not only is the property wonderful but the facility itself is welcoming. Arts communication through the weekend was outstanding, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place.

This condo is in an absolute great location. Property is small but fit our family of three great. It really does have everything stocked and ready to go. There was a car parked in the reserved parking spot when we arrived. I emailed Art and he called me within minutes and the car was gone a few minutes after that. Very, very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Modern Resort Condo
We enjoyed staying at this property. The condo is completely renovated, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location is perfect just steps to the boardwalk. The communication with property owner was great. Answered any and all questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to others. We would book here again next season!

Great stay ! short distance to boardwalk
Every year I celebrate Irish Weekend in Wildwood. This was a very nice clean condo in Wildwood. People were very friendly. Also, there is an elevator to get to the top floor where this is located so it has easy access. Very close to restaurants in the area and I had no problem reaching the owner for questions. Highly Recommend this spot if your looking to book a trip!

Perfect Location
The space is super small (exactly as advertised) but we were able to manage fine with 2 adults and 2 little kids. Although small, it has everything you need in a clean and organized way. The best feature is the close distance to the beach. The heated pool and outdoor grill are awesome as well. We missed it but make sure to catch the fireworks from the rooftop on friday nights. The host was easy to contact and very responsive the whole time during our trip!

Nice condo in North Wildwood
Very nice condo in North Wildwood. It’s the second building from the beach, so the location is fantastic. The condo is small, but it had everything that we needed. You have access to the building facilites (pools, barbecue, terrasse, laundry room). It was super clean when we arrived. The owner was friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommand this place for a family of three or four if the childrens can share a bed. We traveled with our teenager and would definitly come back.

A perfect weekend
This place was amazing and exactly what you see in the pictures. Very well decorated, clean, and the host made great use of space. The building, the Surf Song, has an awesome top floor deck (same floor as the unit) that looks out over the ocean. Additionally we were excited to find the pool was heated and still open! The lady working the front office of the building was so wonderful and kind. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. We truly had the most wonderful weekend. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beachy mini vacation
Me and 3 teen girls stayed in this very cute, clean, beautiful unit at the surf song. Highly recommend this place for its location, the resort and the unit. The unit is small but efficient enough for 2-4 people max. The unit is nicely decorated , beautiful shower/bathroom. Small kitchen unit , no dishwasher , small refrigerator. Perfect for a mini getaway. The resort has 2 pools , a hot tub, 2 decks , one deck with grills and night time lights. Top deck has full view of the ocean. Great for a morning coffee or dinner . Resort is clean , a block from the beach and boardwalk. Perfect location. Would highly recommend

Overall great location, but very small
We had a great stay. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions or concerns we had. The place was clean and stocked with various items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, hand soap, linens) which isn’t always the case when renting from private owners. I will say the place is very small so I would not recommend going with 2+ people. We have a family of 3 and it ended up being fine, but it was a very tight space. One other thing we wished it had was a freezer to store ice for our cooler. It only had a mini fridge. Again, we had a great experience and as long as you know that going in, you’ll have a great stay!

Down the Shore
Perfect location. Close to anything you would want to see and do! You go down the elevation and are on the boardwalk in a few steps, listening to the waves crash on the shore. Art was an excellent host. He checked on us several times to make sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay! A definite do-over!

This top floor, end unit was everything I could ask for and more. Very clean with updated appliances and bathroom. Central to all Wildwood has to offer. Property also has two pools, a deck for grilling and a rooftop deck that offers views of the whole island. Property owner was available and accommodating throughout the entire trip. I am already looking forward to booking again!
