"The location was amazing with lovely views of the country. However, we had real issues with the cleanliness of the property. The issues included cobwebs (in pretty much every room) dirty sheets including the cot, unscrubed loos and soaking wet lounger cushions that had been left out. Whilst an attempt had been made to clean the stair carpet it was clear that a duralex glass had been broken on the stairs as shards of glass were found not only on the stairs but also on the ground floor. "Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

Spa in the city

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. We visited Stonehenge and wanted to also see Winchester cathedral, which was a 10min walk away. Parking was plentiful, yet £7.20 a night. Cheaper than most hotel car parks these days. Great service from all the staff. Check in, spa, the bar and housekeeping. Room was clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The spa was just what you needed to relax after a day sight seeing. Great amenities and would stay again."

"It was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities…especially the pool and spa. Lobby area is gorgeous and staff were friendly and efficient on check in. We had a family suite which was just perfect for us to all be in one room together. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. We will definitely stay at Voco again. Thank you."

"Was really happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was perfect . Only gripe if anything we had a constant buzz/vibration sound in our room which I mentioned to reception. And the sealant around the bath could do with some attention. But overall really good."
