"It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Watching the sunset every evening over the water was delightful. There is not a stove/oven so be prepared to cook on a portable induction plate and grill, which is fine but be prepared. I missed that ..."

Excellent location you could walk or bike to downtown Provincetown in less than 1/2 hour. Beautiful view of the sound and on the beach after less than a quarter mile from the cottage.
