Memory building Trailside Condo on the snowiest mountain in the East. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has lots of amazing natural light and is located directly on the mountain at Jay Peak resort with a location that is close to everything! A short walk through the parking lot and you can ski directly down to Vermont's only Ariel Tram. Take the Queens Highway Trail cut out and ski directly back to the condo down a regularly groomed path and through the glade to the back deck. Walk, not drive, to the Pump House Indoor Water park, the restaurants at Hotel Jay, Taiga Spa, or the Ice Haus Skating Center. Feel free to take the free resort shuttle if your legs are burning from Jet laps.

The condo boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, panini press, blender, and all the utensils and accessories for cooking your family meals or whipping up a drink (hot cocoa too). Large dining table, stone gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, washer, dryer, books, games, semi-private back yard, and a back deck for the warmer seasons.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed and a desk, for those who need a space to sneak some work in (but why would you?). The second bedroom features two (2) twin over full bunk beds and plenty of room to spread out, with a Roku equipped TV for the kids down time. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. There are full-sized bathrooms on both the upper and lower floors; the upstairs bath boasts a tub and heat lamp while the downstairs bath will win you over with dual head showers to warm you up after your day on the mountain.

Whether you are seeking the adrenaline rush of the best glades and steeps of the east, looking to marvel at the spectacular fall colors of the Green Mountains or pamper yourself at the spa, Jay Peak provides something for everyone - the perfect family getaway and retreat with your loved ones! Our family of four loved staying here. Easy access to everything Tramside, plenty of space to spread out, good sized kitchen for the week, PS4 for the kids, everything was very clean. Would definitely rent again.

Our family of skiers and nonskiers enjoyed this very comfortable condo. Great proximity to Jay base lodge, water park, lifts. Spent 3 days and never had to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay at Jay
Chris was a great host and the location of the condo is just spectacular. We didn't use our car the entire trip, skiing and stopping back "home" for lunch was a breeze, and the water park was just a short walk away. I can't imagine we would choose to stay anywhere else when returning to Jay.

Well maintained condo right on Jay Peak Mountain
This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our short family ski trip. Up to date, roomy condo right on Jay Peak. The location was fantastic and the property owner Christopher was nice and very responsive if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody.

Awesome Rental
We had an amazing time at this place. GREAT location, very clean, and had everything we needed. The hot water wasn't working when we first arrived and someone showed up within minutes of us alerting the host and it was quickly fixed. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend this rental.

Quiet mountain stay
Our family stayed here to attend a hockey tournament, and we were happy to be within walking distance to the rink and water park at Jay resort. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive and helpful (this was our first time to the area). We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the condo. We were three adult couples and had plenty of privacy when we needed it. Lots of room to hang out together as well. Great location! Great condo! Wonderful communication with the host! Absolutely recommend booking this place.

I drove an EV from Boston to Jay Peak and was fortunate that there was a vacancy in the two destination chargers in the covered garage. Our family skied one day, did the waterpark the next, then went home after skating at the Ice Hause. The beds and bathroom were clean, the fireplace cozy, and the location can’t be beat!

This property was great for the 3 adults and 4 children we traveled with. We could walk to the water park and the tram. If you like to cook like I do, there is a really nice range in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and everything seemed very clean.

MLK weekend 2024
We were very happy with this condo! It felt bigger than it appears in the photos, more than enough space for our group of two adults and four teens. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable, and it is very close to the Tramside base, with easy to find ski in path. The host always responded quickly, the property was well cared for, great base for our weekend (plus it dumped snow throughout our stay and the skiing was fantastic)!

Great condo for a Jay vacation
Property is just as described. Right on the mountain, walkable to the Tram base area and the waterpark. Easy to ski in/out of the condo — very little need to drive once you get settled. Host is great - super communicative and very knowledgeable of the area and the mountain. Look forward to returning! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great ski vacation.
