Thatch Hill is an inviting 4-bedroom villa on Grand Cayman’s North Side, just 300 yards east of the Rum Point Club, offering a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
This beachfront villa boasts stunning views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea, a large freshwater pool, and a spacious full-width screened porch with an outdoor dining table for sunset dinners and drinks. A protective reef just off the pool deck provides excellent snorkeling and kayaking opportunities. One kayak is provided complimentary for use.
The interiors are bright and sunny, designed with a relaxed beach house vibe. An open floor plan divides the villa, featuring a large vaulted great room at the center and bedroom suites on either side. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a large HDTV, and walkout access to the screened porch.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, an island breakfast bar, a dining table for six, and all the essentials, including dishware, glassware, cookware, and cutlery. A charcoal grill is also provided for outdoor cooking.
For work-from-home professionals, high-speed fiber WIFI internet ensures reliable connectivity for multiple users and devices, making remote work and learning seamless.

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman (20% off promo code provided after booking!), Marshalls, or Hertz.
*** VILLA CLEANING ***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
*** BEACH NOTES ***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
*** OCEAN DEBRIS & SARGASSUM ***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer months. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions, which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
