"A charming, newly updated, light-filled house tucked away in a quiet corner of Rockport but within easy walking distance of beaches and town. Scrupulously clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen needs to be better equipped, for example with salad bowl and utensils, and bedrooms need to have racks for suitcases and chairs to sit in. "

"My family & I booked a trip to Salem and we desired to find a cute home that would accommodate 7 of us that was within walking distance of downtown Salem and we found just that in this home! The host was a great communicator & really was fantastic at making our stay welcoming and pleasant. We were able to walk to all the tourist sites and restaurants within a short amount of time. Would recommend staying here 10/10. "

"Property and location was perfect .Only minor complaint would be the noisy neighbors above. Walking/stomping back and forth all day and most of the night. It wouldn't at all keep me from staying here again. Highly recommend. "

"We were looking for a place with 4 rooms that weren't super crowded and had enough places to park and we came across this listing. It's a bit "Harry Potter" like, in a sense that it has corridors and rooms that connect up and down from different directions and It's very cool. I love that the living room area has a high ceiling and is open to the 2nd floor so you don't feel crowded at all even if everyone is in the same living room. The apartment was very clean and cozy, the neighbourhood was adjacent to the ocean, which we loved. Recommending this place to families! We enjoyed our stay. "

"Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation.
