"Check-in was fast—even though we didn’t arrive until 2 a.m. due to flight delays. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff were always friendly and responsive. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Pike Place Market, and just a few blocks from the light rail, monorail, and bus stops. It’s also ideal if you’re arriving or departing on a cruise. There are plenty of great coffee shops nearby too. The hotel felt very safe, though it’s worth noting that downtown does have its share of sketchy individuals. Because of that, we chose not to be out after dark. Overall, the hotel provided an amazing experience. Being able to open the balcony window was a lovely touch, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a 4-hour hike was incredibly special and therapeutic. Highly recommend this hotel for first-time visitors or even solo travelers."

"Excellent room in good condition, clean and comfortable and spacious. Car park was full but just used the one across the street, easy to access. Room service was efficient, called up to ask if we needed anything and fresh towels were sent straight up. Checking in and out was quick and easy. "
