If you’re searching for a place that is close to Fort Wainwright, Eielson AFB, UAF, Fairbanks and North Pole, I would like to welcome you to Raven’s BirdHouse, a home that’s nestled in a wooded family neighborhood, were many of our guests see amazing light shows from the Auora Borealis from the front/back yard.

Things you will LOVE about our home is…

-Huge open floorplan that includes the upstairs living room, dining room that seats 8, kitchen that has double ovens, downdraft range in the large island where you will never be left out of the gathering with the 8 pull up bar seats. Truly perfect for Team Retreats, Corporate events, groups of friends and family reunions.

-Our 2nd downstairs living room where you will enjoy our children’s closet that holds books, toys, games and arcade console with multiple games downloaded, a 2nd coffee bar and 2nd workstation so everyone has space to enjoy their stay.

-Fun Alaska themed bedrooms, not only the children will enjoy! Each family/couple/team member can pick their room by Theme…

***UPSTAIRS we have the Winter room full of snowflakes and lots of winter wonderland feels, the Gold Rush room where you can feel the riches of the famous Alaskan Gold Rush form the 1890’s, and the Northern Lights room where you can enjoy the bright colors of the wonderful Aurora Borealis

***DOWNSTAIRS we have the Mountain room where you can relax with the crisp mountain views and the very fun Camping room that sleeps up to 4 guests where you can camp out under tents and string lights.

-You will also enjoy our large laundry room, 2 bathrooms, large backyard deck and basketball hoop in the front.

5 bedroom house

I have provided some local fun & restaurant recommendations for you. Although I like to give my guests their privacy while staying with us, I will be available via phone, text or email should any emergencies come up.

This is a neighborhood right off of our main Badger Road so you have easy access to the paved walking/bike trail as well as some near by convenience stores, Drive or walk up coffee shops & local parks. All while having that small town feel. We enjoy a walk to get ice cream in the summer & sit by the Slough to enjoy it, where you can watch fishermen and the ducks.

If you are not getting a rental car for your stay then this property is right next to a local bus stop, and a paved walking/running path, but we recommend having your own car
-Please remove shoes at front door, we have provided a rubber mat.
-Never turn off Thermostat (House pipes could freeze)
-Keep window closed OCT 1st-MAY 1st (House pipes could freeze)
-Please don't put suite cases on the beds, we have provided a stand and have lots of closet space in each room
-House is on septic system with lift station, please don't put flushable wipes or food products(grease) down the drains as this will clog and stop the lift station.
-Ladies/Gentlemen with fresh died hair can request a dark towel as not to stain our grey ones.
