We loved the quiet neighborhood. The place was very spacious with two big bedrooms. The towels could use some upgrading-they were pretty old! "Great little place near downtown WPB. Just me stayed here as I was in town for a baseball tournament. Nice little space and property owner was excellent. Great hospitality and I would certainly recommend this to others!"

"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "
