"I checked in and look at room it was dirty sheets were stained light bulbs were missing the refrigerator was warm the out side window pane was broke and I tried to get my money back, they said no refunds. I paid for a room for 1 week and didn’t stay it was to dirty and in safe. Room 216"

"I had stayed in this hotel on a previous occassion, and was surprised that all the carpet had been replaced with a laminate. It was not a bad thing, but a surprise. Room was comfortable, and despite being located next to a very busy highway, was quiet. Access to the hotel was via a frontage road, and had I not known where I was going, it would have been difficult to find. All in all a good experience."

"This property was the first one I have stayed at that was even better than the pictures. We had a minor problem come up and it was fixed quick ly. The facility made it fun to stay and very relaxing. The beds were excellent and each bedroom had its own TV. The kitchen was well enough equipped and a very up to date appliances. Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark, an IHG Hotel

"Notice a few updates which was needed and turned out mostly nice. The new flooring around our toilet has already bubbled up and grown scales of some sort from either urine or a leak from the toilet. I’ve never seen anything like this at a hotel before and it not be addressed immediately. Front desk lady is nice. "
