Enjoy this gorgeous, recently renovated, two bedroom villa located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach that is a quick walk to the beach. This villa is a first floor unit. Once through the private screened in porch and in the unit, you will find a recently refurbished luxury villa featuring a full kitchen, elegantly appointed bathroom with marble-topped furnishings, and a comfortable fully furnished living room. This villa also comes with complete yard access.


Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.

 


Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed.

- Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with a Twin on top, and a Full/Double on the bottom.

- Living Room: Full/Double Sleeper Sofa.

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:

- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required to be electronically submitted to us prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.

- Toiletries are not included.

- The listing rental rate includes parking for one (1) vehicle.

Rental Age Policy:

- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Pet Policies:

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*.

- Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets.

- Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property.

- Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets.

Wonderful place to stay
This rental property was in a great place. We will be back next year or sooner. It took 2 nights without a Living room tv, but it got taken care of. And some confusion with the day of departure, but all was worked out.

Very dirty!
Property is awful! Roaches were everywhere. Tv, fridge, and dishwasher were broke. Entire place was very dirty. We stayed 5 minutes and left.

Not worth it
I love the location of the property but i was not satisfied with property. I was missing a matteress for my sister for the sleeper sofa, so she slept in the recliner chair. It was dirty and my 16th month son found dirty knives in the couch. None of the TVs worked and one was clearly ripped off the wall, so i contacted the property and they did address that issue but that was about it. It was supposed to be non-smoking; however, the place smelled of weed and cigarettes. Parking is limited and i paid extra and still couldnt park, therefore, i had to leave early. This place was not as advertised.

Was good for the price with being able to bring my large dog. Refrigerator was dirty on the inside but everything else was as expected and clean. Walls are pretty thin, could hear the people upstairs walking around and someone let their dog just bark non-stop for periods of time. Luckily we were out a lot so wasn't a real big deal.

The place was dirty inside and out, we came almost a week after the hurricane the outside had debris everywhere and I had to sweep off the porch and driveway the washer and dryer doesn’t work properly the mattresses were horrible.

Was told unit not available but they still accepted the reservation and payment without refund!
Myrtle beach vacay reps on phone were nice but all rooms offered are run down told dirty and made to appear clean and nicer on the pictures. The rental I reserved was never even utilized because property manager said it wasn’t available when I called yet Vrbo still had it booked and the payment was still sent to myrtle beach vacation properties. I never lived in this rental yet I didn’t get a refund despite the circumstances. Don’t rent here.

Nice place to stay
Over all nice place to stay.. Need more mirrors there is only one in the whole place.. My only complant was parking.. You only get one spot and if you need another you have to pay for it.. Well at 11:00 at night it became a problem and there was no one to call until office opened.. I payed to get 2 spots and others did not and was still taking our parking places.. They need to tell people up front how many they get.. There are 4 houses and only 6 spots.. So not everyone can even buy more spots..

Base boards were filthy with dog hair and dust - ceiling fans were disgusting - washing machine rubber was black with mold, had black hair all over it and smelled horrible. No vacuum or mop provided. Around floor edges were black and filthy. Location and air conditioning is about all that was good.

Just a few improvements
The biggest thing we noticed is the apartment needs more mirrors. One in each bedroom at least. We had 4 girls at one time in the one bathroom trying to get ready for dinner. That would be our biggest suggestion. The screen on the front door was coming off but an easy fix and the door lock messed up a couple of times. It sounded like it locked but when we check it it was still unlocked. Had to put the code in 2 or 3 times for it to take, but that only happened twice. We had a very enjoyable time there.

good condition with a few things needing attention.
Unit was overall good with a few minor repairs needed. TV in the bedroom had lines in the screen on right side were pixals were going bad. Cabinet door over frig had loose hinges. Building and individual units were not market very well, no unit numbers on doors. All in all Unit was good. Bought two linen packages for a three night stay and was only provided one towel and one wash cloth per person for three day stay. Would have expected at least one towel and washcloth per day. all in all , minor things and for the price would probably rent again.

Great location!!!! Could use some cleaning!!
I loved the location of the home. We walked over to the beach and there was a park we walked to that my four year old really enjoyed. There was just one problem, the cleanliness. The entire floor was tile which is awesome being at the sandy beach. That is until you notice the bottom of your clean white socks are black from walking on the floor an hour after you arrive. I tried sweeping and the broom barely swept across the floor. It was sticking to the floor because of the grim. With it being a tile floor it wasn’t really visible but it quickly became obvious that the floor had not been mopped in a very long time. The window had smudge all over it from a dog putting there nose there. I understand it was a pet friendly place but clean the window. No one wants to look out the living room window at that. And in the bedroom and a few other places the walls were just dirty. Grim and dirty handprints left on the walls. The place just needs a good scrub down! When you notice these things you begin to feel dirty and that takes away from your wonderful vacation experience. If the place was properly cleaned I would recommend someone stay there. It was really nice to be straight across from Barefoot Landing with the activities and food so close by as well.

Relaxing
Very clean, comfortable and inviting. (Could use a mattress undate thought). Enjoyable short walk to the beach or even shorter drive. Reserved parking at the condo. Free convenient parking at the beach with easy step or ramp access, super clean bathroom facilities, and showers for rinsing the sand off after fishing, swimming or shell collecting. Every question or request was immediately responded to by Lisa. She was always available and happy to help. We will keep in touch when planning our next trip. Thank you for being there

Nice Easter Weekend
My wife and I came for Easter weekend. It was great weather. After a long drive we were grateful there was no long check-in process. We drove right up to the unit, put the code in the lock and we were in. Everything was clean and neat. All the appliances worked, though we ate out most of the time. It was just a short walk over to the beach every day. This place is close to alot of local restaurants. Overall a great weekend. I would like to come back in the fall.

Kids loved it and beach was close
My kids had a great time. The property is nice. My two sons (8 and 13) really enjoyed themselves. We were on the beach everyday which is only a few minutes away from the property. We went to Ripley's Aquarium and The Wax House Museum. They really seemed to have a lot of fun. The property was easy to book. It's close to the beach and cool attractions. The place was clean upon arrival (although probably not so much on departure). The furniture was okay. The beds were firm. There was all the amenities it said on the ad so the ad was accurate. It was really a great deal in my opinion. The kids enjoyed walking around playing their Pokemon GO. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to a friend.

Very Pleased all around
I was in love when i drove down the road and there were adults on bikes riding around.smiling and waving it felt ao welcoming! House was better than we expected and really enjoyed our amenties.while there for a week it made our life easier!! We enjoyed the ac in the house but at night we enjoyed the little porch not far.from the ocean. Lisa booked everything.and was very professional and personable!.very hard to find that these days! We are extremely happy with MBVS ask for Lisa she will accommodate you and make your stay a pleasant one!! Thanks Lisa we will most certainly be back!

Looooooved it!
The property is nice and in a great location. I called the owner to book the property and she was polite. The booking process was easy and fast. The property was clean when we got there. The furniture wasn't new but it wasn't really old either. It's a cute little villa. I was able to ride my bike on the beach everyday. I feel like the price was fair for being close to the beach. The property is only a couple of minutes from the beach if you walk. I went with my friends to Alligator Adventure. It was really cool. We also went to King Sushi which has some delicious food. I really enjoyed vacationing here. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Nice place, great location, pleasant staff...
I had booked this property several months ahead so I didn't know it was going to be crazy weather when I got there. The place was easy to book. I called the owner and she was pleasant. The property is in a great location and is close to the beach. I really liked the area. The unit was clean upon arrival and the furniture was okay. Just wish the weather was better. I had to leave on October 8th since that's when Hurricane Matthew hit. The owner called me the day before to offer me an additional day since the weather was bad. I thought that was nice of her to do. When I came back on the 10th the property looked like water may have been high since there were leaves on the building but when I checked inside it looked the way I had left it before. The owner came by to check the building and see if I was okay. The rest of my stay was nice. I will defiantly come back next year but in July or June.

Clean and comfortable
The place was clean and comfortable.The location with regard to access to the beach was perfect. This area is dog friendly, and we were able to bring our 3 dogs. Unfortunately, the boardwalk is 20 minutes away but there are plenty of things to do within this part of Myrtle Beach. Plus, 20 minute car ride is not a big deal if you really want to go there. I gave this home a 4 star review because we were not close to the boardwalk but the overall appearance of the home is about a 3-4 star for it was not brand new, nor were the appliances appliances but everything was in working order. Keep in mind that though it is 2 bedroom and 1 bath the place is small and would work for a family of 3-4 people. If you are like you then you tell yourself this....I don't plan to spend my vacation in the home unless it is to use the bathroom and sleep. :) Overall, I was happy and satisfied while staying at this rental. I would rent it again. Plus, Lisa Bender who I spoke with via email and phone was great! Date of arrival

Southern Hospitality
I was surprised at how completely comfortable and relaxed I was during my stay here. I was able to walk my dog out on the beach in the morning before 9am from my house. The locals were friendly and the owner was hospitable. If we had any questions she would answer asap

Sandy shoes
Before we went to the rental, we stopped at the beach for a walk to relax. When we got to the rental it was very nice. We kicked our sandy shoes off and unpacked. The beds were snug and everything seemed to be working right. Had no problems with the amenities, although I suspect the A/C needs a little more freon.

Not what we expected
Upon arrival, the pictures did not match the villa. It smelled like cigarette smoke and did not have a sleeper sofa. We could hear the people above us, the insulation is not good. It is not where we would have chosen to stay. Compared to the unit we thought we rented, this unit was worn down. The owner was polite and had someone come out and fix the broken shower head and apologized for the picture mix up. The pictures are of the unit above this one. We were thankful to be at the beach but it really was not what we had hoped.
