Bring your boat or jetski! 4 bedroom Waterfront home with dock and swimming pool. Sleeps 12. Just steps to the beach. Completely renovated. Pet friendly too. The perfect place for a family vacation. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large flat screen tv's, spacious rooms, two porches, and large covered outdoor lounging area. Fully stocked kitchen, linens are provided. We rent Saturday to Saturday in our houses. Plenty of parking. Room for 8 cars and a golf cart. Boat launch is just 2 streets over and the dock is available for your boat or jetski. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, one has two queen size beds and the other has two full size beds. Large living area. Wifi internet, and tv's in every room.

Pet friendly- humans too!

Nice to be on the channel; very tranquil at this time of year. Equally enjoyable for pets and humans. Ocean is a block away. New BBQ was an added bonus! Whole package

Great Family Rental

This house is so close to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. It's nice to be able to come back from the beach and cool off in the pool. Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the canal was a must each day. Its great for a family vacation.

Brad the owner was very receptive to the problem we had with the BBQ. He replaced it the next day with a brand new one! 👍😊 Beach is exactly as advertised, unit is well equipped and I requested that the pool be left open and it was, 😎. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms too!

Great property!

Brad was super nice and responsive. The house was perfect, clean, a great size, and loved the outside. Amazing location with a short 4 minute walk to the beach!! Overall we loved this property and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Loved being able to bring the pups and the fenced in yard. Can’t wait to rent this property again, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the pool. We loved the dock access and quick walk to the beach.

Summer vacation 2024

We absolutely loved this place. The location is awesome!!!!!! A short walk to the beach, a private pool in the back and a dock you can fish off. There is ample parking which is something that it's difficult to find at the beach. And is also pet friendly. The owner Brad was wonderful about responding to any messages I sent. Communication was superb.

Great location!

House is a very quick/easy walk to quieter part of beach. Home as described and easily accommodated our family with teenagers and grandparents. Brad was prompt and friendly in his communication. We would stay in this home again.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. And of course the dog! The fenced in yard was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach with only a few stairs. A little bit of a drive to get to the shops and restaurants, but sometimes it's nice to be off of the beaten path!

This house was a great distance to the beach. The pool is much smaller than the pictures and the house needed a good deep cleaning. However, being on the canal for fishing and kayaking was awesome. It was also nice to be so close to the beach. The owner was very responsive to any requests.

Great stay and would again for sure! Refrigerator took some time cooling and I got a little scared my stuff would go bad so we threw it in freezer, just in case. Brad was very responsive to this and it got much better after a good 36 hours. Very short walk to beach and the pool made it nice for a quick dip or just to chill in. The house/room was perfect for our group of 10. Thank you Brad for our wonderful stay and great memories we’re sure made here!

Good location, needs cleaning

The house was a good size for 8 adults. Plenty of beds and places to sit. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Brad sent someone very quickly to fix it. The location was good. Just a block and a half to beach access. The house was tidy, but needs a serious deep clean. There is thick dust in the vents, on the ceiling fans, behind the furniture and tvs.

Great location and great house!

My sister, my mom and myself along with our 2 dogs stayed at the house Sat. Sept. 21st to Sat. Sept 28th. The owner Brad was very responsive when I emailed him questions about the house prior to our stay and while we were there. We received the code to check in earlier than expected too! We really liked the layout of the house (which the pics were exactly as shown), the fenced in yard for our dogs and it was a very short walk to the beach! The pool was a plus too! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean upon arrival! The only negative comment I would leave, is that there was no hose to spray off coming back from the beach, but we used the outside shower, so it wasn’t that bad. Everything else was great! We loved the fact that we had bath towels and the bed sheets were on the beds when we arrived! Thank you Brad for allowing us to rent your house for the week, we had a great time!

Fantastic pet-friendly rental!

Had everything we needed/wanted in a pet-friendly beach rental! Plenty of room for me/wife/2 sons + 2 dogs. 5-minute walk to the beach, and a beautiful sunset view over the canal from the back deck. Appliances all worked (including Keurig-style and traditional coffee maker). We stayed in December and there happened to be several below-freezing nights which caused a couple of burst exterior pipes. Brad found an emergency plumber to come out Christmas Day and get everything fixed. He was able to answer all our questions and accommodated our requests. Would definitely rent this unit again!

It worked, but was pretty basic.

Pro's: Comfortable beds, nice washer/dryer, nice location. Con's: missing a lot of basics in the kitchen - very limited serving dishes, plates, utensils, cookware. Did not provide any soap for dishes, dishwasher, etc. 1 kitchen towel and washcloth. 1 tiny, thin, showing towel per person. 2 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house for the week. Ice Maker did not work. Pool was not advertised as being only 3 feet deep, and outside shower did not work. Only 4 chairs by the pool. We only had 7 people staying here, it would have been very crowded and not enough of anything if we had filled the house to capacity. It felt very basic and cheaply done.

NO!!!!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but stay away from this Waterfront 4 BR house w/pool & dock. Just steps to the beach. We rented the place for 4 days.. There was not any trash bags to be found, besides the two in the can when we arrived. I reached out to Hien, the property owner/manager asking to provide more or if I could find some in the house, and his response, “Unfortunately not”. What a disappointment. Also, dead batteries in the remotes. So we were switching batteries back and forth. I dare not ask for batteries. No stoppers in bath tubs. Just a real waste of money and a complete lack of hospitality.
