Was fully renovated in March 2022!
New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

The bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. So enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony every morning. Didn’t cook but the kitchen was very well supplied. The condo was very clean. So enjoyed our week of vacation at the beach.❤️ Very close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

Our favorite beach condo!
The ocean view is amazing! It’s a lovely condo with a short drive to restaurants. Of course, you could also cook as the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The owner goes above and beyond to help with requests. We booked our vacation to come back next summer immediately after staying here.

Husband and I stayed and really enjoyed the condo! It has beautiful balcony views and nice space for 2 people to stay. It was steps from the beach, which wasn’t crowded in this area as well-extra bonus! Linen and dishes were provided.

Best rental in N myrtle Beach
I really love this vacation rental. Its clean, well decorated, comfortable, and has everything you need. The best part is the view. So close to the ocean and so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and the people on the beach. Nice to have towls and beach chairs provided as well. Thanks!
