Thomas Beach Vacations is pleased to offer NEWLY RENOVATED oceanfront vacation accommodations at Palmwood Villas in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Palmwood Villas is a low-profile, 3-story resort with oceanfront and ocean view condos, a shared swimming pool, and a spacious poolside deck. Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, giving you the option of casual in-house meals. Or, if you prefer, dine out at some of the fantastic local restaurants and cafes. Enjoy a seaside picnic. The Palmwood has charcoal grills for cookouts and a large deck area with tables. There is even a convenient outdoor shower to rinse away the salt and sand before heading up to your comfortable and well-equipped condo. These are non-smoking vacation accommodations. Parking restrictions prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers. Palmwood Villas 306 also offers off-season monthly rates.

We had a great time and enjoyed being so close to the pool and beach. Also is was great being so close to Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing, and to the other stores we needed during our stay.

The property is well maintained and clean, it’s a short walk to the beach, great view of the beach from the screened in porch. Would highly recommend the condo, however, make sure everyone in your party can climb stairs to the 3rd floor.

Great Stay
We have stayed and the multiple condos within Palmwood villas. This one was one of my favorites I look for cleanliness and obviously would like a comfortable bed. I have no complaints, but one suggestion. This is the fourth condo. I stayed in within the complex and the others had a closet with boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys, but this one did not. But that wasn’t a big deal. It’s just more of a convenient thing and less to travel with. Great stay though!
