- There is only one elevator in the building. While the elevator is well-maintained and generally reliable, the salt air is very hard on mechanical systems, so it does experience problems occasionally. Although we want everyone to experience this property, please be advised that on these occasions all guests will need to ascend and descend 4+ flights of stairs. Refunds will not be issued for lack of availability of the elevator.

The condo was very nice. Parking can be a bit tricky with larger vehicles but that’s to be expected. The “king” beds are actually 2 very uncomfortable twin mattresses pushed together. Pillows were awful. Bathtubs are small and stained and there were a decent amount of cobwebs throughout. Overall a nice place to stay disappointed in how they listed king beds but don’t have king mattresses and it definitely could have been cleaner. We found 4 cockroaches (yuck!) and so many things were broken. Showeheads and hot water were crappy and the keurig can’t be used. Great location and room setup for large groups. Plenty of dishes provided but be prepared to bring toilet paper and bed linens yourself

Great space for a large group
The space was perfect for a group of 10 adults and walking distance to many restaurants and shops and easy access to the beach. This would have been a 5 star review except the until was not completely cleaned. Some dirty dishes were found in the cupboards, dirt on floor on the stairs, a piece of trash under one guest bed, dusty/loose ceiling fans. Not the end of the world stuff and management did offer to send the maid service over but we had already begun to clean these things and didn't want to wait on a cleaning staff. Management did go above and beyond with their communication with us and their response to any issues we had so for that reason I think we would stay here again and I would recommend

Very spacious for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and room. I suggest getting all the TV on the same system and one bedroom light fixture repaired. Other than these my family and I had a great and blessed time. Ready to come back

Beautiful view
The views from the condo looking at the ocean were gorgeous. Morning sunrise, evening moon rise. Condo was clean but could use a little spruce up as parts of it were well worn. Our group enjoyed every minute of our stay.

RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
This is definitely the WORST place I have ever rented! The place is filthy and disgusting. We saw reviews that said that the place is dirty but, a newer review said that it was renovated, so we figured it would be clean. Wrong! The renovation was a PARTIAL reno. They replaced some floors and improved the kitchen. That's where the reno ended. The shower curtain liners and walls were scummy; the showerheads were clogged with sediment from the water, making for very poor waterflow. The slider windows on the balconies were so dirty that we had to clean them in order to see the view! The HVAC filter was clogged with grime and dirt. It looked like it had not been changed for years and 3 of us got sinus infections from breathing in that gross air. Speaking of gross, every. single. ceiling fan in the condo was black around the fan blades from dirt and the blades were coated with at least 1/4" of dust and dirt and grime. The most aggravating thing about this condo is the fact that while we were there, the elevator was out of order more than it was in working order!!! I contacted iTrip to let them know, and they contacted the building manager. But it took hours and sometimes LOTS of hours for it to get fixed. We were on the 4th floor! In our family and other families on the 4th floor were some people who couldn't easily walk up and down 4 flights of stairs every time they needed to leave the condo for the beach, or to go get groceries or sight-seeing, etc., etc.

Parents, adult siblings and their kids do Myrtle Beach
We had the best time this week. Check in was very easy and took less than 5 minutes. Parking was the only issue in that a car was double parked the first night, and with no extra spots, my brother had to pay for parking down the street. I loved how insulated the rooms were. My husband and I had one of the rooms with the balcony and were never disturbed by my baby nephew’s cries at night. We rode the elevator with our neighbors and they said they never heard us either. We never used the pool or hot tub because the beach was right there. There was always a spot for our 3 umbrellas and it never seemed too crowded. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed and the 2 fridges were very helpful. And to end Checkout was a breeze. Thanks for sharing this place with us.

Great place for a large family. Common areas are large and spacious. Location is good and we had plenty of parking for the whole crew. We did have an issue with the elevator upon check in. Communication with the property manager was great, and they had it repaired quickly. Overall great experience. We would book again.

Could use an overall cleaning
The place could use an overall cleaning. Baseboards are very dirty. Lots of dust in the house and all the appliances and countertops needed to be wiped down. Just to let you know we found a weed pipe in one of the cabinets in the kitchen. And the place could use, some larger pots pans for large families. This place was very big and met the needs of all our families. The view was spectacular. Overall the place could use an update, especially the beds and boxsprings. They look pretty dirty. There was a stain in the upstairs bedroom on the bedspread , oh for all we enjoyed our stay and the place spacious, but we probably will not stay here again due to the cleanliness.

I am not sure the last time this property was rented but quite a few things need attention. Exposed outlet in the kitchen Exposed light in shower on first level Showers drain very SLOW Exposed light on 2nd level balcony (picture) Burn marks on several of the bathroom vanity/sink tops Several outlets on level 1 that do not work at all, it would have been helpful to have the many light switches labeled No starter trash bags, dishwasher pods or laundry detergent No kitchen towels or pot holders (we did call and 2 kitchen towels were dropped off) I read in past reviews that the kitchen was not equipped with the proper cookware and I was shocked that it was not rectified. The cookware looks at best for a small 1 bedroom apartment not a home that accommodate 16 adults. I was not about to go purchase cookware for this weekend but we sure had to get creative to complete a meal. The location on the beach was great and I made it through the elevator being out our first 2 days,(was repaired) but for what I paid $$$$ for off season I expected 5 stars.

RIGHT on the beach-so awesome! Beautiful view. PLENTY of space for 12 people (beds and baths). Location to nearby shopping (walk or drive) is very convenient. Parking and washer and dryer is convenient Requests/concerns: Parking spots are tight, but always had a spot to park Add another dishwasher for such large parties Provide instructions at check-in for unlocking and locking the front door Main floor shower drain was extremely slow/clogged Water pressure for showers was light Pool is next to the parking garage and under the parking garage roof. Pool is small. Overall, such a great experience. No regrets!

Beautiful home in great location
Great stay, had plenty of room for all our family. Our only complaint is that we were told at 4pm that our house was ready, but when we got there the cleaners were still there. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes to go in. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
