Awesome Property at Cherry Grove Beach
Great house for a family vacation! We had 9 adults and 2 toddlers and it was a perfect fit. 2 minute walk from beach through light dunes, pool was clean and refreshing. Viewing platform on roof great for stargazing. Great communication from owner and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.

I was pleased with how well the house was prepared for us with the essential items needed for our house until we could get settled in. The location was great for getting to the beach with young children. This was the perfect place. I would recommend this house to anyone. Beautiful beach house!
This is a beautiful property and perfect for a beach trip! We had 7 total people, including 5 children. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids! The beach access is directly across the street, which is incredibly convenient. We were there the first week in April, and it was chillier than we would have liked, but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us. The house was very well-equipped, and it was an asset to have kitchen supplies (foil, parchment, coffee pods, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc.), laundry supplies, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Also, Brad was really easy to communicate with! Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home and would happily return in the future!

Great house with everything included and in the perfect location
Our group consisted of 10 adults (45+), half love the beach, half love the pool. This house was the best of both worlds: and private pool and the beach across the street. An added bonus were pool toys and yard games to play! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for people who like to cook and grill (just bring your own seasonings/spices). The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The showers were stocked with Dove body wash, Kirkland's shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the house was perfect for our group. We have already discussed making this a yearly trip and would definitely book this house again.

House and Location - Excellent!
The house is great. Recently renovated and beautiful. Kitchen is fully furnished - I mean with everything you need to cook with and lots of tableware. Also plenty of towels. There were 14 of us - 4 families with 8 adults and 6 children. The pool was perfect with it ranging from 3-5 feet deep. It was awesome to watch the sun set and rise from the crow's walk on top of the roof. And so close to the beach. One bit of information - the beach does not allow canopy's. So leave yours at home. Umbrellas - yes! We all enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The owner, Brad, was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. Perfect week!

Our week was the first week in the newly renovated house and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was WELL stocked with all the essentials needed for a great week. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was really nice as well. Any issues during the week, Brad and Kendra were just email away and responded back quickly with an answer. This is a great house for a nice relaxing family vacation. We definitely will use this house again in the future.

This house had the perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for our family. The elevator came in handy for our 98 year old Aunt. Access to the beach was very close and easy. Pool was a great place to hang after beach time. Hot tub was a bonus!

Perfect family vacation home!
We loved this beach house and location! As I titled it, the perfect family vacation home. We had 3 families and 3 children under the age of 4. It was awesome to have a bedroom and beds for everyone including their own bathroom. The great room area is open to the kitchen, eat at counter and dining area where we could all gather to eat, play games, watch TV and just enjoy being together. The pool being fenced in was perfect for keeping little ones from having easy access to it. There were some chilly nights so having a heated pool was a plus! Loved the picnic table option under the house and porch swing. The beach access is right across the street, therefore, quick access to some fun beach time or walks. Our check in was on the Saturday after Hurricane Ian had hit Cherry Grove area the day before. We were afraid our vacation would have to be cancelled, however, the house was fine and only needed some clean up from water/sand/debris washing into the pool. The owner, Brad Busam was great to communicate and keep us informed on the status of the house so we knew what to expect. The cleaning crew worked hard and we were even able to check in early! There were a few needs after checking in, however Brad immediately took care of them. We highly recommend staying at this beach house. You will be well taken care of plus you have plenty of options of things to do in the area. We will be visiting Time Out again!

Great location and house!
House is perfect for a group! Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom, space was perfect for us all to hang out in the kitchen, eating area or living space. Pool was great with enough lounge chairs for everyone. The beach is across the street, nice neighborhood and close enough to rent a golf cart to get to the shops and some bars. Brad was also a great host! Communicated quickly and ensured we had everything we needed.

RN reunion trip
We were a group of 13 women and I can’t put into words how great this place was. First of all the location was excellent. Just crossing the street and over the sand dune made it very easy to cart our stuff to the beach. The pool was a very nice to hang out our first day as everyone arrived and for late night swims. We went to dinner and having 5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We had plenty of room in the house but especially loved hanging out on the front porch. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and even had a nice selection of board games for the day it rained. We are looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be booking this house.

Our experience renting out timeout for the week
First off we didn’t want to leave. We had a family of 16 and had plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed everyday with the pool and the spa… it made the vacation house even better. The overhead crows nest look out was very nice, we caught the sunsets, sunrises , and lots of pictures on top of it. We spent a lot of time out on the back deck with the breeze and enjoying watching everyone in the pool. The walk to the beach was SUPER EASY! We all had babies, teens , and it was super convenient to just cross street and be on the beach. We came across a few problems that was not the owners fault but he handled it very professionally and was very quick to respond / get things fixed. I think my favorite part of the house was the balcony and being able to overlook the pool. A huge YES!!! Was that the pool was enclosed and also had a latch on door… safe with kids that aren’t able to unlock door and get missing and possibly drown. Plus kept people from road being able to see you with the privacy fence around pool. Overall we loved it and would be back!! Thanks for a great stay at TIME OUT 🏖 🌊

We had a great time. House was good for our family of 10. Extremely close to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and with quick response time. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew forgot to leave a few items for us. They promptly dropped them off the next morning. This was no big deal and would not stop me from staying there again.

The only problem we had was that there was no storage in kitchen for items we bought. We cook the majority of our dinners. Everything had to be stored on the counter. Refrigerator was large enough to store all the cold items. Other than the storage problem we had a great time.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Time Out. Your home is set up to accompany all of our needs including beds and baths. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of cookware. The large pool was great for a family of 16, and the grands loved it. Walking to the beach was a breeze especially when the little bit of traffic stopped to let you pass. The house is set in a quieter part of town, but there's plenty to do. Mr. Beck was easy to talk to and was on top of any questions or concerns you had, you did not have to wait on a response. Time Out was a great choice for my family, we had an awesome time and would love to be able to return. If it had been up to us we wouldn't have come home.
