Girls Shopping Trip
This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual Girls Christmas Shopping Trip which we have been doing for 25 years. We always have 20-30 women going. This place is big enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy ourselves and very convenient to all our usual shopping places and restaurants that we enjoy visiting each year.

Great Beach House
Awesome place. Lots of seating inside and outside by the pool. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bath. Plenty of room to spread out. Love the 2 dining areas. Used one for food and the other for games.

My family's stay at this beautiful home was awesome! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The location is great as it is close to grocery stores and shopping. The owner, Sue, was always available for questions, very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is amazing! Beautiful views of the beach And close to everything! It was perfect for our large family of 24. There was plenty of space for all. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids and grandkids! The pool maintenance company was fantastic as well. We would definitely stay there again! We had a wonderful time!

Siblings reunion
This was our second year renting the house for a siblings reunion. The house is spacious and held my 5 siblings and some of there children without a problem. The common areas allowed us to spread out without being on top of each other. The owner was very responsive and handled any problems that came up. My family looks forward to staying again year.

This is a beautiful home and everything you see in the pictures are on point. Everyone that came to the house loved it! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of space for people to sit down together. This was the perfect home our siblings retreat. Great getaway at a fantastic place!
We are a group of 20+ friends that have been going to N Myrtle Beach every year this same weekend for over 25 years. But this is the best place we have stayed at yet. Plenty of room for all of us and plenty of privacy if you wanted it. We did have some problems operating the elevator since all the exterior doors have to be shut for it to operate. The house was so big, it was hard to make sure someone wasn’t opening a door on another floor and the elevator would stop between floors. We also couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, close to Main Street, shopping and other fun activities. We are already planning a return trip for next year.

4 generations of family stayed in your beautiful house! The house was just like the pictures! The elevator was used a lot by a few of us & made it possible to get to all floors easily! We really enjoyed the game room & movie room & pool! We paid to have pool heated & it was used a lot! Sue was wonderful to work with & responded quickly to concerns requests. We cooked all nights except 1 & appreciated the 2 dishwashers & 2 ovens! Having 2 washer/dryers was also great!

Family Holiday
We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious Oceanfront home. The house is large and great for a large group. The outside pool area and decks are great space to hang out. We used the theatre room and games room on colder days and it was nice to have them. We paid for linens and pool heat. Both things are quite costly but it's a lot of linen to bring and pool heat is nice in November. If you want a hot tub that is hot and this is important to you then this isn't the house for you. The hot tub heats to the temperature of the pool in our experience, 85 F. Remember to bring tea towels and kitchen cloths with you as those aren't included in the linen package.

Stay at the Haven in north Myrtle Beach
Stay was great. However, hot tub didn’t work until last day after maintenance came to work on it twice. Was also told that pool pH level was very unhealthy and unsanitary. Dirty sock was found under bed evidently left from previous tenant. However, house and location was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of room for 20 adults and 4 kids. Most enjoyable family vacation. Sue was very accommodating and addressed our hot tub issue, even though we could enjoy it for only one day.

Best Beachhouse Ever!
This beach house was the absolute perfect place for the 29 of us to hang out. We never once felt crowded. There is ample room to sleep, eat, and hang out. The house is way more beautiful than any of the pictures show. This kitchen was well stocked with any items we needed. I enjoyed using the walk-in pantry to "hide" all our stuff so it didn't have to set out on the countertop. We also used the wetbar as the location for all the teenagers snack food. The location was a short drive (20-25 minutes) from Broadway at the Beach and all the Myrtle Beach attractions. It is definitely worth staying at this location in North Myrtle Beach. It is so peaceful. You will not be disappointed!

Overall this is an AMAZING property! Great location and well suited for a large group. Theatre room is fantastic! Great game room, Main living area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and bathrooms are well situated to maximize Ocean front views. Kitchen is well equipped with high end Viking appliances, two full size fridges and dishwashers makes for easy dining. Great walk in pantry to keep track of food. Sue was responsive to a few items that needed attention. The only item that was not fixed was the door on the primary oven which was off and was not able to be repaired while we were renting. Thankfully a second oven is available so it was not a real concern. Also a few of the chairs in the Theatre room need attention, back left is permanently extended and one of them would not extend. This is a GREAT property that I would highly recommend for large gatherings.

Absolutely stunning
This property is absolutely stunning. You will see! Some things to share that may not have been mentioned: There are specific instructions to the TV on the main floor and also for the theatre room. They are very easy to operate and we loved the theatre room. There are pool noodles, one beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs on property. These were very convenient. There is one crockpot, blender, and a 4-sliced toaster, 2 regular coffee pots. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. The owner was easily available prior to and during our stay. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. This property is absolutely beautiful and we hope to stay again. We have never stayed at such a fantastic VRBO. Thanks Sue for everything!

Gorgeous house but dirty
Great views and beautiful home but it was dirty when we arrived. The toilets had the “sanitized” stickers on them and looked clean but there were cobwebs, dirt and worst of all, ROACHES everywhere. The dining area has food on the rug as did the rug under the coffee table. Luckily there was a small vacuum but they have a central vac hookup so I’m not sure why it wasn’t vacuumed properly before check in. The bathroom next to the kitchen smelled like urine and had greasy fingerprints on the walls. There was a pile of dead roaches behind the door that goes to the garage, clearly someone swept them up into a pile and didn’t discard them. There were roaches on the main floor and in some bathrooms and bedrooms. We had to spend our whole first afternoon cleaning and then the next day we continued to clean since we were still seeing roaches and we also washed all towels and sheets because we were grossed out and not confident everything was clean. We even had to purchase a mop and cleaners since none were in the house. It put a damper on the whole trip because we were 6 families with 13 kids, a few very young ones who crawl and are prone to eating off of the floor. For the price you are paying the house should be SPOTLESS. We rent houses like this in NC and SC every summer and we’ve never come across a house as dirty as this one. Very disappointed. Whoever they pay for cleaning services needs to be replaced

Good but less than perfect
First, the property is in a great location and the house is quite nice. We had a good time but upon arrival found some cleanliness issues that we had to resolve. A toilet seat was broken that was fixed by property manager. The water for one of the master bathroom tubs was only lukewarm while shower and sinks had hot water. We worked with that as best as we could but one of the ovens did not work for practically the whole week. Property manager scheduled replacement during our time on property because they did not have it taken care of prior to our arrival. We were not informed and were inconvenienced with workers for two of the days we were there. Also, we found dirty towels under sink and other peoples clothes in the drawers. So, with some intentional attention, these issues can be corrected and 5 stars await.

AMAZING PROPERTY
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very spacious for a big group! Modern and updated! Sue was wonderful with responding to my questions and was very helpful. A couple of pieces of feedback: -A Keurig would be a great addition. Although there were three coffee pots, it was a little bit of a disappointment to not have a keurig. -Had some issues with the kitchen sink being stopped up and the garbage disposal stopped working, and the plumber was not able to come during our stay which made some of our food preparation plans difficult. -Some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced and/or thoroughly cleaned -The hot tub never got warm. Thoughts are that because the design has the hot tub waster filtered through the pool, it won’t get hot unless you purchase the pool heating. So if you really want to use the hot tub, you may want to consider this. None of the above were big issues, and therefore we are planning to come back for another stay!

First of all the house was beautiful, there were 16 people in our group and there was more than enough space for all. We had a bit of a problem when we entered the house looked like it had not been cleaned before we got there, we contact the owner and she sent someone to come clean it however she did not have enough time because it needed more than just quick cleaning, the bathrooms we filthy. We paid for sheets and linens and we found out that the sheets we were sleeping on were never changed. They finally got someone in to change the sheets and clean the bathrooms. We also had a problem with the pool it was very cloudy most of the week the pool guy came by and was not very nice, he told us it was our fault. On the last day of our week the pool finally was clear. We have stayed in an another home this owner has and it was a great experience, so we were very disappointed this trip. I am sure it was just a fluke .

Family weekend
Renting was fine Had left a couple of messages before we arrived no response. Called on the day we were to check in and was asked if I was sure we were supposed to be checking in. Once we finally arrived the cleaning people were leaving, but was not cleaned very well. Had paid for the linens and one of the rooms still had soiled bedding.. Floors had dirt and stains on the stairs. Went to heat the spa was not working , sent a message and was told someone would be there the next morning. Sent a message the next day and was told pool guy had been there and it was working. Tried it again not working, sent another message, they sent guy out again and he told us that it has been broken and needed to be replaced, and management was aware that this what was needed. Feel that there was false advertising for the spa they should put that on the descriptions. The actual place was nice and great location if the spa was working and I if it was cleaner it would have been fantastic!

Great House, NOT so much good about Property managers
The house was very good with the exception of the Theater Room, the top floor game room equipment and communication or lack of with the Host and the Real Estate Rental Company on problems we encountered. We could not get the theater room equipment to work (followed instructions) at all, had to have someone get the living room TV working. Told host and Elliott Premier Rental they sent someone the LAST day of our stay after waiting for 3 days. The game room pool cues had no tips and no caulk. The game machine had only one controller and no charger for the controller, reported this with NO response from anyone. The kids were disappointed with all of these short comings. The host always had to be asked "did you get my text/" after sending text about problems. When I called the Management company, they never answered the phone, just recorded messages and no way to leave a Voice mail. The host got them to call me once, the young man listened to my problems and then started Laughing, yes laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at, and he said, "I was Not laughing, I was giggling!". I ask him to have the Manager call me (he told me the man's name), he never called me. I would not rent this house or any house from Elliott Premier Rental in the future for all of these reasons. I feel I did not get what I paid for, and I feel that once they had my money, they did NOT care. Bottom line, Terrible Customer Service and we have been renting luxury vacation homes for over 30 years.
