2024 Myrtle Beach Vacation
The views are beautiful! It’s so relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Checkin was very easy and so was checkout. The complex had elevator issues but at least there are two of them. The only downside was that the condo is pretty outdated and needs a few repairs. It could use a good cleaning! But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Fun Vacation
Great location close to Barefoot Landing and only 30 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. The star is the view from the Condo - beautiful ocean view! Walk out of condo directly onto the beach! Entire family from age 7 to 61 enjoyed our vacation! Definitely would book again when in Myrtle Beach!

"Fantastic home, location and property managers were great to work with."
Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place for a beach vacation. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The location of the property is incredibly convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

This was our family annual outing to Myrtle Beach. We have slowly migrated to North Myrtle and loved the location. The area is laid back but has everything you need and it is only 6 miles north of where we stayed before. So everything is still convenient. Property management was very helpful during our stay. We have a 7 & 8 year old grandchildren and the beach was fantastic for them. Our adult son and daughter's family had enough activities for them as they enjoyed parasailing right there at our beach and there is an Irish pub they enjoyed at the end of the block. Thumbs up.

We had a great stay at this location, and as a mom, with an infant, I appreciate the fact this space had a recliner indoors or with outdoor furniture that provided the ability to rock my baby. We stayed here with two other families and all together had a party of 12. There was enough space and rooms to accommodate all. My husband and I stayed with the baby in the master bedroom and other family was disturbed by our baby getting up throughout the night. As a mom with 3 kids ranging from 1 to 9, and with 2 other families with kids under 6, I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic vacation rental!
The property is way better in person than the photos suggest. Very clean! Plenty of space for everyone in your group. Great for family trips as well as friend groups. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking such as utensils, dishes, coffee makers etc. Loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of room for your entire group to hang out. The property itself is very nice for kids since it has the various water features. I noticed people grilling near the pool as well which is a good thing for those that don't want to go out. I also appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach supplies. I would highly suggest renting your beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguard just because if you're using a cart there's no ramp to the beach from the condo. You will need to lift it up stairs and back down. Not a big deal for our group of strong folks, but more handicapped people could have a little issue with that. One more flaw is that it would be nice to have a ground floor public restroom maybe near the elevators or by the lazy river. Other than those few things we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again! Thanks again for such a fantastic place to stay!

Great location, false damage claims
Our entire stay and experience was great while there. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 10. The location and view were great. We had timely responses from the owner when we had questions about the property during our stay. Our issues began 3 days after we got home. We received notice from the owner that we had left the property damaged in multiple areas. We have rented other properties and are always careful and respectful and always leave the property in the same manner we found it. Upon multiple requests to provide photo evidence of these claims I only received a repeat of the supposed damage and that my security deposit would be withheld and a claim filed with the mandatory additional insurance you must take out when booking this rental. I was told VRBO and/or the insurance company would provide photo evidence. I have not received anything to substantiate these claims. I did find it interesting that a previous renter noted a similar experience of falsely claimed damage and a withheld security deposit. It's a shame because we had a very good experience up to this point. As nice as the location and everything was I would not stay here again given this experience.

This hotel is very nice, it is located on the 13th floor with a beautiful sea view, the room is clean and well equipped, it is a good place to hang out with friends. The luggage rack is in the garage, which is great for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are just outside the building, the water temperature is comfortable and the environment is great. Highly recommend this unit and will book again.

We had a great stay there we’re supposed to be 10 of us but due to unforeseen circumstances, we wound up being only 7. But the condo would have had plenty of room for us all. I would rent this condo again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach, SC.
