This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We had a GREAT stay at your place. It was Clean, big, and roomy. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms. That way the lights from neighbors does not shine into the rooms. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach!!!!

Loved my week in Myrtle Beach
The property was clean and well stocked for a week stay. It is a very convenient location. We loved the upgraded bathrooms, however another 1/2 bath would be helpful when housing 9 guests. The game room was fun and we loved the pool. Overall very pleased with this rental!

This is a well maintained comfortable property to rent. The furnishings are very nice with very comfortable beds. Very spacious. The outdoor living area is beautiful. We rented in January and February and the pool area was well protected and warm for sitting. The property owner was very welcoming and available for questions. I would highly recommend this rental for families. It was pet friendly!!!
