More Cons Than Pros
Pros: Great Location; Easy parking. Cons: While fresh towels were delivered daily and beds were made, no cleaning was done (carpet got sandy quickly because of no vacuuming); When ancient toilet was flushed, water would rise to the top before slowly making its way down and out; No conventional oven; Bathroom had significant black mold; and finally, we were given a suite with an adjoining door to another suite (we did not ask for this) and 2 days after our arrival, the “Demon Family” was given the adjoining suite- screaming, yelling, shrieking, thumping, jumping, and banging for hours at night while tired parents tried to get the kids to go to bed without much success. The kids even figured out a way to get the adjoining door open to our room! We cut the vacation short by 2 days and headed home.

Stayed here many times
Always had a pleasant stay here front desk was very nice house keeping was terrible though had to call 3 times in one day to get more towels they never cleaned our room. Up until 5 when that was the third time time we called for housekeeping. Just needed towels and garbage taken out .

The hotel appears to be older and they haven’t kept it very up to date. The beds were very hard and the pillows were awful. The room was pretty clean though. The lady’s working down in the Town Center were super nice. 5 stars for them. The food there was also very good. A little over priced but good. The pool areas could have been maintained better. Concrete was cracked everywhere, the “4 feet deep” tile plaque was broken, one of the steps to get in/ out of pool was broken, etc. A hotel of that size should probably have more elevators. They were pretty slow. Overall it was a good experience but could have been better for the nightly rate.
