Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - End of Yr Discounts!

We want your oceanfront stay to be affordable and relaxing but not too expensive. In short, our goal is to provide a comfortable, oceanfront stay at a reasonable price.
Like many of the condo complexes in North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands was built in the 1980’s. Located mid building and on the 2nd floor, unit E1 offers quick/easy beach access as well as, a beautiful ocean view.
You can unwind on the balcony in this inviting, two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront condo. Take a break from the beach with a dip in the OUTDOOR OCEANFRONT POOL. In addition, the building has an elevator just 30 feet from our unit's front door helping to limit your luggage burden.
The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds that can sleep children separately or be placed together forming a second, king-sized bed for adults. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.
This unit offers a furnished kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fine dining and shopping are both just minutes away.
We strive to make our condo budget friendly with a family feel and we attempt to make yearly updates based on our finances. So far, the unit has new floors in all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as new paint on all the walls. We have refurbished the kitchen cabinets and replaced the counter top with granite. Both the master and guest bathrooms have been remodeled.

This is the second year that my sister and I stayed at the condo.
Condo was clean. Close to the beach with fantastic view. Great pool. There were three of us that stayed this year and had an awesome time. Having storage closet next to our door to store our beach chairs was great too. Hope to stay next year.

The check in process was easy and took the guesswork out of day one timing. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and maintained. The beach at this location was plenty wide to accommodate the number of folks. After years of staying in the Myrtle Beach area we are enjoying the quiet of the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach.

Great Condo!
Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to beach and very nice pool. The condo was very close to restaurants and shopping. We needed some help with the tv ‘s and the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!
This is our favorite condo we have stayed in! We loved having an elevator and carts available to help haul groceries and luggage up to our room. There is a closet right outside the door for our beach accessories, so we didn't have to drag all the sand inside. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us with two bedrooms and two baths. Altho we mostly ate out, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms in the parking garage were also a nice accommodation. The room was very clean and welcoming. We love the area and hope to be back soon!

Wonderful time!
We had the most wonderful time during our stay at Crescent Sands E1! This was our 2nd time coming back to spend Mother’s Day week there! Our family of four enjoyed the condo; it’s a great location with everything you need close by! The condo was very clean, has great storage to hang/put your clothes away, and the kitchen has all the utensils/pots/pans that you need. It is so nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well, so you can pack lighter knowing you can do laundry and wash your beach towels daily. Both of our kids loved their twin beds and said they were very comfortable, as well as the master bedroom’s king-size bed was also very comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the future! Thank you Scott for your hospitality!

The perfect Condo.
Parking is simple and easy. The unit has elevators and has large grocery carts and luggage carriers to easily bring your belongings up to your condo with ease. The unit was super clean and has everything you need in it. A beautiful view with a real nice balcony. Sunrises are fantastic. You can lay in your king sized bed in the morning and watch the sunrise. Beach access is easy and simple. The unit has bathrooms in the parking area which is very convenient. Don’t have to drag sand up to your room. I lived in the Myrtle Beach area for quite a few years. The location of this cond is one of the nicest ( maybe the best) place to be on the Grand Strand. Enjoy, I know I’ll be back.

Another great stay
We love the location of this property because it's only steps from the beach, but less crowded than larger condominium buildings. It's also very central to the things we like to do in Myrtle Beach; Barefoot landing, Alligator Adventure, Melt Ice Cream shop, Mini Golf, Nacho Hippo, Tanger outlets, etc. The property itself is always clean. My only suggestion would be to add hair dryers to the bathrooms, but honestly, not having one was a good excuse not to dry my hair for a week!

Wonderful beachfront stay
Condo was just as pictured. Plenty of room and wonderful views. Easy access to the beach and restrooms are available in the parking area so you don't have to go back to your condo. We had an issue with the air one night (about 9:30) I sent a message and received one immediately back. AC repair man was there by 9am the next day and had the issue quickly resolved. Communication was always responded to quickly and had great recommendations of places to eat and made sure we had everything we needed . Would love to stay here again!
