"Very good cost-benefit ratio. Very kind people from the Niemann family. Simple, clean, quiet and friendly, bus stop is 100m away and a 20 min ride downtown. If you are coming to the technology park it’s an 8 min walk. It was unfortunate although understanding that the restaurant was closed for the week. "

"The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay."

"Excellent room, especially value wise. Only issues involve..... 1. the breakfast, which we paid for, ended at 0830. This is very early and although the manager offered to do something for us which I declined, I believe that they should fall into line with the vast majority of hotels that end breakfast later than 0830! 2.
