"The location was great near to cradle mountain and caves. Local wildlife was also good. The cottage needs a bit more light in the kitchen, there is only one light for kitchen dining and living area. One light in the kitchen area would help with meal preparation and dishwashing."

"Wow, Sally the host is the best host we have ever had, the property is very comfortable and very clean, the supplies are above and we'll beyond our expectations, excellent quality and plentiful, stayed for 6 nights and still had some left over supplies. Would recommend 100 percent and would stay again. Excellent base location for many day trips."

"Lovely house with lots of ducks all around! Special highlights of Burnie include the penguin colony (very busy during our late-Feb visit), platypus at Fern Glen, and a beautiful beach."

"Lovely farm stay. Love the farm garden walk and fresh eggs. Cooking amenities for simple cooking only. Bbq is easy though. "

"The cottage was beautifully presented and welcoming upon our arrival. Lisa & Brad have done a great job and it's obvious how much thought they've put into the place. It looks fantastic and has that real homely feel. We loved it."

"Beautiful setting, warm generous hosts and home-from-home comfort. Sorry we could only stay for two nights. Highly recommended."

"This was a great little apartment that had everything you needed for a 5 day stay and even longer I'm sure. The gardens are amazing and provide lots of spaces to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of appliances if you plan to cook."

"When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was excellent and clean. We did have trouble with the TV that didn't work. Although after hours the staff attended and after trying to fix the problem installed a new TV. "

"I absolutely loved my stay in the cabin! Brian was an incredible host and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make my stay wonderful. One small note, there is no curtain or door between the entry way and the tub and toilet, so keep that in mind if you prefer privacy. But with birds and cows for neighbors, didn’t have to worry about it too much. I hope to return one day! "
