Decent place, but needs repair
Nice house. On warm days, the covered patio could be nice. New floors, but gaps between planks. Good beds. Good water pressure. (Let the hot water refill between showers.) Cleaners still there long after check-in. Key didn't work in bolt locks, just handles (3 different doors--I jiggled & coaxed). One bedroom door almost torn off with its frame (we were careful not to finish the job, but you can't fully cover the opening). One whole side of the backyard fence has clearly been down for many years (brush grown up over much of it)--not an enclosed back yard. Broken overhead light in family room. Overall pleasant, but needs repair & replanishment.
