"I rented this property while I attended a conference at Mandalay Bay. It was a perfect location with all of the amenities that I needed. And I greatly appreciated not having to deal with smoke or a casino in the building. I would definitely look to rent this property again in the future when I come back to Las Vegas."

"If you are the type that enjoys what Vegas use to be like in the terms of no fees on valet or resort fees. But you still have a luxurious place to stay, then you have found the right place. The Apt had glorious views and being able to make your own coffee each day and have a meal or two without paying the crazy strip view prices was wonderful!!! The walk to the strip was a 5-7 minute walk! I would definetly stay here again!!"

"This was the best location I've stayed at in Las Vegas. We went on a girls trip and enjoyed the ability to use the kitchenette and the space in the rooms. The host was able to accommodate us for 2 suites close to eachother and it worked out perfectly. She always responded right away with questions from the reservation process through checkout. "Amazing! We had the best time! The unit was wonderful, we felt right at home, so many small details covered. The sitting nook was great for morning coffee, email reviews, etc. Sitting on the balcony watching the symphony of airplanes taking off/landing was relaxing after a busy day and before a busy evening. The owners were very responsive with communication and ensuring we had an unforgettable visit. We will be booking again! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. It is well located. Check in was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed having a kitchen so we could eat in some days and start our day with a great breakfast. We used the valet parking at our tower and they were courteous and efficient. The layout is like 3 separate units but 2 share a common entry. There was a full kitchen in one unit and the other 2 had small kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster and small stove top.
