"We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!"

"Duck Cove Pond was the perfect home base for my group of 11’s lowkey bachelorette weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and well kept. It was immaculately clean, fully stocked for cooking, and roomy enough for all of us to be comfortable. The AC units kept us cool in hot humid weather. North Kingstown was a great location — easy to get to Providence, Newport, beaches, wineries, etc. We loved exploring Wickford Village and taking an early morning walk to the town beach.
