"My son (14) and I (49) ised the cabin as a jump off spot to snowboard Cannon and Waterville Valley. It was a bit of a drive to each but worth it to hang out in the woods. I think I saw one car go by the whole time. But, amenities are not too far away. We cooked all our meals, and the knives need sharpening. "

"This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace in the cabin could not be used; other than that, we loved our stay. The cabin was quiet and the staff we talked with were very friendly. "A few friends and I (plus our pups) wanted to find a nice cabin to have a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was spacious, clean and very cozy! The dogs also had so much space to run around outside! We are planning to come back next year!"

"The driveway wasn't well cleared for cars that aren't 4x4. So 2 cars had to park outside the property along the road. Beyond that, marvelous place. 5 Stars"

"We love these little cabins and have stayed in Lincoln to hike for years. We hated to give up our old place. But we loved this one more. It's a great place and super easy to access. The Internet is a bit too far away to get any work done. But still, we will be back. "

"We had a wonderful family weekend. We have been a part of the Mt. Lakes Community since 1988 and love the area. This cabin is the perfect setting to enjoy Mt. Lakes. "

"Owner was great with communication. We had a major snowstorm and they plowed us out along with cleaning off my truck! The only issue is that there is no place to store your clothes. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom. Great location and very clean , highly recommended. "

"Overall the property was perfect for our group. 3 couples touring the fall foilage. House was clean, hot tub worked great. When we arrived we had no hot water. There was no heating oil. We reported it to Vacasa and the problem was fixed the next day. Suggestion to the owner FILL THE FUEL TANK!! Dont just put a couple gallons in. Other than that we loved the house, loved the location, fall colors were beautiful. some invest"

"The cabin was easy to find and the host was very responsive. This was a perfect last minute find and it was just right for our 2 day stay at Lincoln. There was a tiny stream right behind which looked beautiful with all the fall colors. The place was closeby to scenic drives and was well equipped with all the essentials. "

Greg was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding the property and about the area. If we are back up in this area again wouldn't hesitate to rent here!"
