"This place is everything and more. For starters, the house is fully stocked with everything you need (kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc), the beds are comfortable, the place was spotless, and the hosts are there if you need them but you rarely see them and they are SO friendly. The location is incredible, it’s near this very sweet town called Stonington, which has amazing lobster, beautiful harbour views, and the perfect place to walk around and see what Maine is about. It’s a short drive...

"This was our second time staying at Montgomery Cottage and we came back because we loved it so much the first time. The home has everything you need with the bonus of washer/dryer and pet-friendly! Walking distance to downtown Rockland, Harbor Walk and Sandy Beach. Easy drives to many other Maine destinations. The home is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. "My husband & I stayed for a week. Owner was available & even turned some lights in for us since we were arriving after dark. The cottage was clean & comfortable. Nice updated bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower. Kitchen fully stocked. There was never anything that we needed that wasn’t there. It’s set on a beautiful & peaceful, oceanfront private drive. The view from the bed was amazing to wake up to. Location was just wanted we were hoping for as far as convenience to all that we wanted...
