Up to 3 persons can utilize the foldaway bed and two sleeper sofa in salon or crew can move around to accommodate guests as needed.

Great for families with not too small children.
The vessel is docked on the very private, unusually wide, canal behind our home with incredible unobstructed sunset views. Sound carries across the water as though you're standing next to someone, so it is absolutely imperative that you are respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave after one warning.
One vehicle can be parked in the driveway. There is a gate to walk across the grass to the docks.
You are welcome to fish in the canal from the boat or the dock. There's a community park across the canal from us with direct access to the river. Be sure to check into a Florida visitor fishing license.

Tracked ceiling patient lift in aft cabin. Roll-in shower with rainfall shower head in aft head (bathroom) and ability to transfer from wheelchair to toilet. Clear access for knees of a seated wheelchair user under bathroom sink. Galley is designed for complete wheelchair accessibility of sink, access to cooktop and convection oven microwave (in process).
Sliding glass doors to aft deck are powered with ADA style push button activation and threshold ramps to outside aft deck. Custom fold up wheelchair ramp between salon and galley. Joystick control steering to take the helm when cruising which can even be plugged into power wheelchair controls!
Contact us to optionally cruise or spend an evening or two literally away from it all peacefully off-grid, bobbing on anchor with solar power. Budget $500/day off the dock for Captain, fuel, preparation and post. No you cannot operate a boat this size safely yourself.
