Boasting perfect cell reception and lightening fast 500/500 mbps wifi, NC ASR is fully equipped for remote learning/work connectivity.
The Space:
"The Office" is a great transient workspace or venue to entertain your party while staying in town. Whether you're a couple of buddies chasing powder, a family vacation that happens to catch a rainy day, or simply want a larger space to accommodate your remote workday while in town, we've got you covered! This unit boasts multiple workspaces as well as a pool / ping pong / dining table, dart board, 12' shuffle board table, record player, 75" 4k Smart HD TV and an arcade style game featuring several classic games. It also includes a refrigerator, microwave / convection oven, hot pot, coffee press and basic kitchen essentials for ordering take out or re-heating a snack.
Guest Access:
This is a 1st floor unit that requires the front steps for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the unit's front door and it will unlock. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.

Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.
The Neighborhood:
Authentic! The best of both worlds. A true Adirondack experience with all the conveniences of being in the center of town. Walk to the Tops Market and all of main streets' shops, bars & restaurants. A stones throw from the Hudson River, Revolution Rail, Gore Ski Bowl; the walking destinations are abundant!
Getting Around:
It's within a five minute walk to the grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, local bar, multiple restaurants, bakeries & shops. This is truly an opportunity to park your car when you arrive and not start it until you leave!

Short walk from the house:
Carol Thomas Memorial Nature Path. It starts behind the library/town hall building, which is down Wade St. toward the hardware store and make a right on Main St. The library is less than a 1/4 mile in right. The trail start behind it.
This path leads to the Ski Bowl Loop. A 2 mile hiking trail around the North Creek Ski Bowl. Ski Bowl Park has a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, and covered picnic areas.
Down Wade St toward the hardware store and make a Left:
North Creek Mosaic Project, just completed. I find something new every time we pass.
North Creek Railroad depot Museum at the train station
Gregory Tomb Glass Blowing Studio
Revolution Rail Company. Self pedal sightseeing train car tours. A great way to see the Adirondacks. Reservations required.
Short Drive:
Gore Mountain Resort for sight seeing gondola and ski lift rides to hiking on the mountain. Also frisbee golf and mountain biking
White water rafting goes on Tuesdays Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. North Creek Rafting is right down the street as is Square Eddys rafting. Minimum age is 8. Reservations required.
10 minute drive:
Donnelly Beach at Minerva Lake:
Free beach. Swimming with lifeguards, they rent canoes and kayaks at the snack stand to use in the lake. The area is beautiful and it has clean and clear water. Two Playgrounds on the beach.
20 minute drive:
Natural Stone Bridge and Caves. Really beautiful place to explore. Check out photos and pricing online.
40 minute drive:
The Adirondack Experience Museum on Blue Mountain Lake. Museum and educational center. Really nice setting.

Becks Tavern: German fare on the Gore Access Road, a must see.
Owl and Twilight in Olmstedville, high end restaurant, Would be great for an adults dinner. Opens at 5pm.
Interaction with Guests:
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully contactless. Interaction with staff or fellow guests is minimal and discretionary. Please be respectful of other guests and adhere to quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
