Very clean and perfect location to Cranmore
The property was just as described and very nicely appointed. The living and kitchen areas were comfortable and functional with everything you need for a ski stay at Cranmore.

Such a nice place to stay!
We stayed here for a mother-daughter trip and it was absolutely wonderful. Check in was seamless and easy. The house is lovely, clean, and close to everything! My daughter and I had a lovely time staying here.

This place had all we needed for our 5 night stay. We really liked that it was walkable to the North Conway shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Tenants below the unit were not an issue.

Amazing location, great cabin feel!
This cabin has an amazing location where you can easily walk the main strip to bars, restaurants and shops. Cranmore mountain visible from the home which is a great view for your morning coffee. The owners make sure there are plenty of clean linens and kitchen utensils for home cooking. A wonderful stay and will not be our last!

Despite not seeing any moose, we had a delightful visit to North Conway. The house was a rustic getway with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and patio. Very quiet but easy access to roads, activities and restaurants.

Perfect house and location
Diann was very responsive and accomodating to all of our needs. The house looks amazing online but it’s even better in person. Location was awesome, just close enough to walk into North Conway village and a short drive to the grocery store and other local attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for our Weekend
Literally the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property manager was readily available and quick to respond if needed. The home is perfectly located near all the North Conway attractions. We were initially concerned about having a family living below us on the first floor, but it was never an issue.

Perfect house for our stay!
The interior is beautiful and was spotless upon arrival. It was so convenient to be able to bring our dog along, we were also able to canoe with her down the Saco river! The location is perfect, just about anything you could want is merely a few minutes drive away. Thank you, Shannon R.

great house, only one "complaint"
The house/unit itself was perfect! We were two adults and two kids. The beds were comfy and the open concept living area was great. However, some of us are sensitive sleepers, so the occupants of the lower unit woke us up everyday at 6:45am. Overall, a great stay, would love to come back.

Great location near Cranmore
The property is very cozy, well maintained and equipped, obviously loved by the owners. We originally thought that we’d be able to ski at night at Cranmore, but discovered that they only have night skiing on weekends and holiday weeks. But it was still a great location and my wife was able to work very well as the internet service is very good, better than in most hotels (sad but true that it was only a partial holiday for her :).

Beautifully decorated
This is a very nice place near Cranmore. It is quite spacious for a two bedroom and has everything that you need. Unfortunately when we arrived the air conditioners were not installed and it happened to be very hot. It made for a difficult first night. As soon as the property found out, it was addressed immediately and the AC units installed right away, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Nice Stay Great Location-but could use some improvements.
Pros: 1.House decoration/decor is beautiful well suited for the area. 2. Very close to all attractions in the area 3. Location in quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain. 4. Linens very clean, good quality, and new 3. Generally speaking house was fairly clean Cons: 1. Although house was clean the floors were dirty. REALLY NEEDED a good mopping 2. Shower curtains need replacement. Worn, dirty with soap scum 3. Grill needed major cleaning, and no grilling tools are provided (Diann was very responsive once we contacted her and sent someone to clean it) 4. There are people living in the bottom unit of the house(which we were aware of when we booked). Once we arrived, although the people living downstairs are quiet and keep to themselves, the walls are thin. We could still hear them from time to time. Which meant that if we can hear them, they can certainly hear us above them. We never could fully relax because we were always concerned that we would be making too much noise.

Disappointed from the Moment of Arrival.
We have been renting in the North Conway area for years, this was a last minute trip so, the place that we normally stay was not available. We rented this home on the premise that this was an entire house as it was marketed however, when we arrived, we quickly learned that was not the case, this is an upstairs unit with long-term renters downstairs. We have children and a dog and the last thing we wanted was to be concerned about disrupting other people which is why we chose a house instead of a condo, hotel room etc. Unfortunately at this point, we had no options. We then went to get out of our vehicle only to find out that nobody had sanded or salted the driveway, we could hardly get inside the house without falling, it was an ice skating rink! I reached out to Diann, she answered right away and had a property manager come over to take care of the driveway. To make matters worse, when we went to bed, the mattress was so firm that my husband and I ended up sleeping on adjoining couches in the living room, not at all how we imagined spending our weekend away! Rather than 1-star, I decided to give this property 2-stars because of Diann's prompt attention to the driveway issue and they did have the unit nicely decorated. Nevertheless, we will not be back.

Pleasant Getaway in a Nice Setting
