Please Note: With all due respect, I only rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you! The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but quiet, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of the house. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! Great family ski weekend

Ski Trip Stay
This was a great place to stay for our ski trip to Cranmore mountain! The proximity to the mountain, the center of North Conway and Settlers Green was perfect for what we needed. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
Great family property to stay at! The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The welcome basket was a wonderful addition to a great host. Less then 10 minutes to Story Land and other great attractions. Will definitely book again when we come back to the area!

Great family retreat
Our family had an amazing trip and the housing was one of the biggest factors. Minutes from Canmore mountain and downtown North Conway - we were able to juggle ski lessons, snow train, sledding and outlet shopping with ease. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

Ski Retreat 2024
Had a total blast at the Osgood Haus! Perfect staging point for ski retreat. Amenities and house was well setup, and had everything we needed. Neil was super-responsive to some last minute needs, and even provided some guidance on the local venues. Would definitely consider the Osgood Haus for 2025.

Family Vacation
This property was centrally located to activities in the area. There was plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities you could want including an outside jacuzzi which we loved! Our host, Neill, was a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation and would definitely come back!

The property was great. The location was convenient to the area attractions. We loved the backyard space to play yard games. It was overall very spacious for 9 people. The manger was very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend the house.

Great week-end
We stayed for the long week-end to do some hiking at the Moat mountain. The house is very well located with its private yard and a few minutes from everything. There was plenty space for the 6 of us and the kitchen was very well equiped. The jacuzzi was much appreciated after a long hiking! The host is very responsive. I recommand this place!

Very pleasant stay!
Great location on the outskirts of N Conway! Went with the whole family (10) and we had plenty of room. The grandchildren liked the toys available to them. This place is very clean. Enjoyed hot tub especially after a day at Storyland! Neil was very kind and informative in making sure we had a good experience! My family wished it was our house lol! Thanks for making us feel welcome! Would definitely rent again.

Mountain getaway
The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All the extras were unexpected and very appreciated. All the guests commented on the how the bathrooms were supplied with everything you could need, soap, lotion, etc. We loved the location and enjoyed the hot tub very much. Communicating with Neill was very easy and we always received a quick response. We highly recommend this house as a rental.

Summer in the Mountains
We stayed a Neill's house last summer for the weekend. The house was very clean and I really liked the fact there was a washer and dryer. There are a lot of things to do near by, North Conway and the train just to the south Jackson, Bartlett, Rte 302 and Attitash just to the north. It was great to be able to eat breakfast, go for a hike, run home for a late lunch then head south for some festivities in North Conway center. I would definately recommend this place for any season fun because it is so centrally located to all sorts of activities.

Storyland family trip
We stayed here for our family vacation to Storyland. There were 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. Neill had plenty of toys and games for the kids to play with which made it easier on us because we didn’t have to pack so much! He also had plenty of other child accessories like a porta crib, a high chair, and even some children’s utensils. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy our long weekend and the hot tub was a great way to end the day!! Neill’s instructions were very detailed and gave us plenty of information on what was in the area and his favorite places to eat and shop!

Family Vacation
This was my first experience using VRBO and I was somewhat apprehensive. Neill, the host, proved to be excellent. He was very responsive and always helpful. The house is conveniently located close to downtown North Conway, but just far enough away to provide a quiet retreat. The house is spacious and there is a very nice and private back yard. There is no air-conditioning, but there are several large fans and ceiling fans to keep the air moving. We were perfectly comfortable at night with the fans going. We were all very happy with our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation in the White Mountains
We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean, lots of room, stocked very well, and in a great location. My family loved the hot tub and used it almost every evening. We had 7 people stay for the week and never felt crowded. There is a lot of room and 4 bedrooms so everyone had lots of privacy! It also has two full batheooms and a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and we enjoyed several meals in the dining room as a family! There was a nice big deck out back and a fire place. Neil was great to deal with and very fast at answering all my questions. They left a cute welcome basket with a delicious bottle of wine from a local winery right in North Conway, which we paid a visit too. I wouldnt hesitate to book this house again if we are headed to the North Conway area.

Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful, well kept, kid friendly, comfortable home & great location
My family and I can't say enough about this beautiful home. It was immaculate, clean, spacious, very cozy, comfortable and kid friendly. It's everything you would want for a family weekend away. Neill was more than accommodating and wonderful to deal with. He gives you a detailed list of his favorite places in the area from things to do and places to eat (that came in handy) especially the nights we were looking to go out. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything in the heart of North Conway. We skied at Cranmore Mountain, which is minutes down the street. It was nice to have a short drive after a long day of skiing, and come back to a place that felt like "home". The hot tub was also an added bonus and much needed after a long day on the mountain. We also appreciate how well stocked the house was. Each room has everything you could need and more!! We love and appreciate how kid friendly the house was. We forgot to bring games, so we were pleasantly surprised there was a whole cabinet stocked full of board games and fun card games. We go away up North every year, and this was by far our favorite place we've been!!! Our family is looking forward to booking another weekend away in the near future. Also to add, when we got back home (3 1/2 hrs away), my daughter noticed we didn't have a bag of her and my son's valuables (favorite blankets, lovies, and stuffed animals). The kids were absolutely distraught when we realized the bag got left behind. I frantically sent Neill an email (pretty late) and he called me back within 10 minutes to assure me he was going to do everything he could to get the bag back to us. He was the hero of the day when he let me know the bag was safe and he would be mailing back our kiddos precious belongings ASAP. He's a lifesaver!! My daughter's words were "I've never met Neill, but I think he's my new favorite person" lol. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. We have nothing but positive things to say about Neill and his beautiful home and look forward to planning another family trip back soon. :)

Golfers’ Paradise
We had a fantastic stay here. It was a 4-guy golfers’ weekend and the house was a fun place to come home to every afternoon. We enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, grill and island in the kitchen. Neill is an excellent host and we plan on returning next year!

Loved this house! Perfect location, near everything in North Conway but still private and felt nice and secluded in the woods. No complaints about the sleeping arrangements from anyone! Which is hard to do. I felt right at home in the kitchen. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Made some great breakfasts. Rules were reasonable and based on common sense. Institutions and notes around to explain things which is nice. The hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed having a nice fire as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

Labor Day getaway.
Labor Day weekend getaway with family. We had an amazing time. House is very clean and exactly as described. Host is very easy to communicate with and gave us a list of restaurants, stores & things to do in the area.
