"Absolutely stunning property in a quiet area across the road from the beach. The property itself was well suited for a family. The only down side was the bedrooms down the back of the property needed an extra air conditioner as it was quite hot in the rooms. "

"Beautiful presentation. Lots of room for granddaughters from age 11 to us (78 yrs). The pool was popular. As seniors with knee replacements I found the steps awkward so we opted for the downstairs bedroom but found it lacking anywhere to hang our clothing and as there was nowhere to put our luggage we had to put everything on the floor Bath towels were missing from our downstairs bathroom so luckily I had a beach towel to dry ourselves as all the young ones were asleep upstairs "

"I was a Coffs local for 25 years so I know the legacy of this house and the community. I had family from Qld and Victoria stay with us and the size and the open areas plus the pool was fantastic.I few small suggestions there is a lot of switches in the house including one in the laundry that controls the hot water these need to be labelled as we had no hot water for 24 hours when someone turned the switch off a simple label would have prevented this. Special mention to the maintenance bloke Tom...

"We enjoyed our few days at Salamander Bay and the house is lovely. We filled the house to capacity with 8 adults, 4 kids and a baby. The only downside was the lack of an upstairs bathroom with only the ensuite off the main bedroom. Otherwise it is a great location and the organisation of the booking was seamless."
