Welcome to Braddock Avenue. This spacious 4 bedroom home is the perfect place to stay during your time in Charleston. This house is just outside of historic Charleston in vibrant Park Circle! Perfect for large groups, this charming home features tropical Charleston themed decor and plenty of space for your group.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The living area and chair nook are perfect for relaxing and feature comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

When you make a reservation, you'll receive a wealth of resources, such as guidebooks and dining suggestions, as well as exclusive discounts at various local businesses. Additionally, we're excited to provide another enticing benefit – all guests of The Boroughs gain access to Paradiso at reduced rates.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.
