Enjoy the relaxing view from your deck overlooking the lake outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Is., the airport and only 5 min from I-26. The space is fully functional for 4 adults (children welcome). There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The first bedroom overlooks the lake, has a king bed. The second room has a qn bed. Both rooms have tv’s and installed blow dryers.
The common area sofa does not pull out. Three smart flatscreens. There is a wine & coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen with all the essential items, fireplace & high-speed WI-FI. This unit offers keyless entry and 1 assigned parking space but there is ample parking for extra guests to park.
The sofa has been changed to a single cushion sofa, same size and the deck furniture has been changed.
There will be additional charge of $150 pp/per night over 4 guests.
One assigned parking space.
Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises.
A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning.
10p quiet time inside/outside.
No pets, commercial vehicles, parties, visitors or “gatherings” allowed.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.
