North Charleston is a 15 minutes drive from the Historic section of Downtown Charleston and a 20 - 30 minutes drive from the beaches, And 5 minutes drive from the Coliseum & the Convention Center. 10 minutes drive from the Airport, And is conveniently located near the main on and off interstate ramps that will take you to any place you need to go in Charleston. No Pets, ( Regardless of what you smoke? ) >>NO SMOKING INSIDE!! No incense burning,
There is a covered outside private area for smoking. This House is equipped with Queen size beds in both bedrooms, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, 60 Inch TV in the Livingroom, DVD player, 30 Inch flatscreen TV's in each bedroom, Cable TV, WIFI Internet access, Two leather couches, Washing Machine , Dryer, Laundry Soap, Fabric Sheets, Separate porch stereo, Central Heat & Air, Towels, Bedding, Sheets, x4 Pillows @ 2 per bed , Outside uncovered parking. The outside view is residential and certainly not fancy. But for the price, This house is most definitely one of the best deals in the Charleston area. Note: It is extremely hard to please everyone's preferences concerning Soap, Razors, Body Wash, & Toothpastes. I do not supply these items referred to as personal items. Wonderful stay
This is our 2nd time staying here while in charleston. Everything was wonderful! Great location with lots of things nearby. Tony was a wonderful host with excellent hospitality! We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and convenient
The neighborhood is a bit iffy, but we never experienced anything bad. It was quiet and right by thr freeway, so convenient. The house itself was big, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The host really put lot of love and tender cares in this property, much, much more than we expected. we were biking in Goose Creek trails, after whole day fun time, back to this comfortable home, feels really good, Tony, Thank you for everything!

Do not let the neighborhood be a deterrent this place is awesome. Central location easy access to everything we did. The decor was amazing the entertainment and audio systems made it have that home feel.

Great place
This property, while only two bedrooms, is bigger than the listing leads one to believe. It's very nice. The host was friendly and responsive. They added nice touches we weren't expecting, such as soft music playing when we arrived. Just watch the coffee maker if you're brewing a single cup. It doesn't stop automatically.

We loved our stay here! Tony is a great host - very easy to communicate with and he provided a relaxing home to come back to after our excursions. Fully stocked kitchen - coffee and tea bar provided and snacks and candies throughout. A nice bottle of wine to welcome us. We loved seeing Charleston - location of house is so convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend!!! Can’t beat the price for the stay and experience. Thank you!!

Charleston Trip
The house itself is very nice. It's clean, has a nice setup, and has all the amenities you'll need. Communication with the host is quick and easy, and they're very nice. It's in a convenient location too, right by the loop so you're only about 15-20 minutes away from most of the things to do. The only real issue is the neighborhood doesn't look great, but there's nothing the owner can do about that. Overall, it was a great place for what we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.

So much thought and love was put into this rental. From the snacks, drinks, chocolate on pillows to the dvd collection and coffee bar - this is truly a gem! Close to everything! East interstate access! Loved it!

The property was as advertised and Tony was very attentive. He checked in multiple times to see how we were doing. It is in a great location! We visited Riverfront park, downtown Charleston, multiple garden plantations, Folly, isle of palms, Sullivan island beaches, drove to myrtle beach, drove to Savannah all with ease. If you want a great simple place to stay at a great price with all needs and an attentive host, this is a great option!

Home away from home
What an amazing place to stay. Tony was very accomadating as to make sure every detail was met even to having little chocolates on the pillows. This was a real treat as it was super close to the coliseum and to downtown. If I'm ever back in Charleston for business or pleasure again I will be sure to contact him first.

Home away from home
This was our fifth trip to this home. Great little community. The owner, Tony is a wonderful host. He has come to our rescue each time on the remotes... Remotes... LOL! The home is always spotless, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Insane water pressure in the shower! We love staying here. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of everything that you want to see in this area. Our 6-year-old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first trip to Charleston.

Tony was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and hospitable. The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but all seemed to go well. No one bothered us. The extra treats and surprises inside the house were nice. We left our pillow behind accidentally l, and Tony returned it and covered the shipping cost which was kind.

Best VRBO we've stayed in!
We looked for weeks for a 2 bedroom, single-level house in residential that looked famil oriented. The listing offered goid pictures of the house. The Host was upfront about the neighborhood so we wasntsurprised upon arrival. Everything the Host described about the place was accurate. There was a coffee bar with coffee & tea plus all the fixings. The kitchen was sticked with practically every appliance & tools you'd need. Including baking stuff. Beds & pillows comfortable. The Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my communications with him. I'd recommend this placee to my family & friends.

Vintage Value That Can't Be Beat!
Tony's property in N Charleston is amazing. Spacious, clean, filled with vintage touches (house was built in the 1962) that make the space so wonderfully comfortable and fun!ky! Tony is a responsible and responsive property manager who wants you to truly enjoy your stay. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that, as a property owner myself, I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you, Tony for sharing your great space!

Beautiful place inside
Tony was a great host. He initiated contact from the time that I booked my reservation. The house was equipped with everything we needed and he was available if we found we needed something else. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but we had no problems. Great location! Right next to the interstate, tanger outlets less than 10 mins away, and downtown Charleston 20 mins away. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Charleston vicinity.

Perfect Stay
I was in Charleston for a wedding in the downtown area but did not want to pay the crazy downtown rates. Tony’s place was half the price and came with perks no hotel could match. Yes, it’s about 20 minutes from downtown, but for for the savings, 20 minutes no worries. Upon entering the home, I noticed it was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Yes, the place sleeps 4, put you could host dinner for 10. Tony also provided a few snacks, and well stocked candy bowls in EVERY room. I can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend.

Lovely decor
The property owner has added so many extra touches here...snacks, drinks, stocked kitchen, and labels to help find things. It's like a home away from home. Tony was in a car accident the night before our arrival. Even through that, he made sure our check in was smooth and care free. I will add that the neighborhood isn't pleasing to the eyes. Look past that and see the warmth and charm of Tony's property. You won't regret the stay.
