Ive seen some pretty rough hotel rooms in my career industry, but this has topped the list. I have stayed in an Extended stay before and had a quite pleasant experience, so I chose to again. Day shift staff were rude and unprofessional. The room was unkept, with dead roaches in the bathtub and smelled of marijuana. Upon arrival it took almost an hour and 1/2 to even get to the room because we had to wait for the manager to arrive because the night shift employee was asleep in a room. Do NOT recommend.

My door was kicked in and looked like they tried putting lock bock on but the lock was unlockable, I was supposed to be checked in for two days but I checked out an hour after my check in… still haven’t had anyone respond to any of my messages even Expedia.

I booked this property for my mom who was having her house renovated. The general manager gave her the worse room. With a broken door latch and roaches. When my mom complained the manager was rude and not accommodating to my handicap mother

There were roaches all over, coming out of the door cracks, out of the sink, broken cabinets, peeling cabinets, showers feeling like you were going to fall through, semen on the pull out bed, elevator got sick, foul and rotten smells in the hall ways, no laundry soap in the lever room.

The worst place ever. As soon as we opened the door there was a gust of heat coming out. And once we strayed to get comfortable we began to see big and baby roaches crawling out of the ac unit and crawling around the window. We instantly went down stairs to exchange the room which they had no more of which left us to try and find another hotel at 1am. Still waiting on a refund..
