"Our experience at The Pointe was overall very good. Customer service was excellent. The morning we went to leave the maintenance man and front desk staff were very helpful with vehicle issues - thank you!! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was more on the firm/hard side. The kitchen had all your basic utensils and supplies needed. The grab n go breakfast was okay..not many options. We did not utilize the pool/hottub during our stay. Snowmobile trail access/parking is good and convenient."

"I will sing the praises of this hotel. After getting booted from a different hotel 6 hours after checking in just because I was traveling with my service dog. This hotel was able to accommodate us at the late hour. The staff was amazing and the owners are awesome. The restaurant was beautiful and food was amazing. The breakfast is always great. Definitely going to be staying again. The little shop in the lobby was very convenient."
