"When we arrived, Geoff greeted us and gave us a tour of his lovely property. The guest room has a large picture window with a bird feeder in front of it. It did not take long for the birds to arrive. There are Cardinals, Blue Jays, and woodpeckers, among other species. There are also bunnies and chipmunks all around the property! The guest house has everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, a microwave, and a fridge. When it is time to turn in for the evening, a comfortable bed and...

"We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!"

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. "The property was beautiful and well taken care off. The beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. We loved the bar area with the fountains and koi fish, very relaxing. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Next time we are in the area we will be staying here. "
