The room was a great size, BUT they didnt have the heat on in the room at all, so it was cold when we came in. Also, check the filters on the heaters. I had a suite that had a sofa bed and the filters in both heaters were full of dust, they hadnt been clean in a while. I cleaned them, because if I hadnt it could have caught fire. The filters were that dirty. However they do seem to be short staffed. It was 1 front desk clerk the whole day. There was also a $35 early check in fee, that didnt seem normal to me, since any hotel I have ever stayed at, or worked at didnt charge an early check in. Late check outs at a certain time of day (1pm) I've seen. But again not early check in. The staff was nice, but the understaffed part is where the lower rating came in. And the dirty was because of the filters in the heating/cooling units. The suite had a full size fridge and freezer, both very clean. Clean microwave and clean dishwasher. The room even had a flat top 2 burner stove with an oven and some basic dishes and silverware. My biggest issues was the understaffing, early check in fee, and the dirty of the filters. Everything else was alright.
