The Blue Crab Beach House - Free beach passes

Welcome to The Blue Crab just a few blocks from the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy staying at our newly renovated luxury cottage. We are located on the very popular 7th Street where you can walk to the beach, a variety of restaurants, and shops. We have FREE beach passes for up to 4 guests.

Featuring a fully fenced yard, our beach cottage is the perfect choice for families who want to bring their dog/s along for the fun. With a beach theme throughout, our rental is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.
In the family room, you'll find a comfortable surround couch and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing on cool nights. The fully fenced backyard features a deck - proving the perfect spot for outdoor dining and even star gazing. Featuring a complete laundry room with a washer and dryer, you won't have to worry about running out of clean clothes during your stay. Also, choose off street or on street parking - whichever you prefer.

We provide all linens, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels, making it easy for you to pack light and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. And with a safe, friendly neighborhood that takes pride in its surroundings, you'll feel right at home during your stay.

The Blue Crab is a cozy beach cottage. The location is convenient to restaurants and the beach. The cottage offered a feeling of comfort, warmth and well-equipped amenities.

The Blue Crab Beach House was so cute and comfortable for a long weekend staycation in North Beach. Super clean, pet friendly with a fully fenced in yard, and laundry available! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars, the boardwalk, and beach. Host was so accommodating and easy to reach!

we loved the cottage, so clean and decorated perfect for a beach vacation. town folks friendly and lots of fun to be had at the rod and reel casino ! ! The boardwalk and shoppes are so quaint and nearby restaurants yummy. We had a fantastic anniverary dinner at hook and vine,,,, we will return.... thanks

Cute little cottage by the bay
This cottage is really great...cute, well-appointed, and located just the perfect walk distance to the North Beach Boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay, as did our pups, and slept so well too! Thanks for the use of the washer/dryer (so nice to have) and for the kitchen we everything we needed. We planned a laid back visit with day trips to Solomon's Island and Annapolis. We loved reading by the bay and boardwalk.

First time at North Beach
This was our first time in North Beach! Danielle is a great host and the cottage was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. The Hook and Vine was our favorite spot to eat! We are already looking forward to a return trip! Thanks for being pet friendly!

Used to live in the area and came back to town to visit friends. We've stayed at Danielle's property next door (the Lazy Crab) and loved it, and thought we'd give the Blue Crab a try. As we expected, the property was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, and having the fenced yard for the pup makes life so easy. Danielle is very responsive and easy to work with...we highly recommend both of her properties!

Cozy Charming Fenced Cottage
My mini doodle and I stayed in this charming and cozy cottage just blocks from great restaurants, coffee shop, retail and the beach. The property is totally fenced in! The perfect place
My family stayed at the Blue Crab for a quick anniversary trip. My husband and I were celebrating our 12 wedding anniversary. Our two children came along. This was the first time we visited North Beach and we fell in love with all of it! Our hosts provided an exceptionally clean home with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Clean, lovely little place with all the necessities and few extra for your comfort. for us, we ended up driving down to the beach because we didn’t want to carry all our stuff all the way down to the beach entrance. Comes with beach passes but recommend exploring nearby beach, hiking attractions. There is a great folder with all the info you will need to stay and useful recommendations for other nearby attractions. Easy check in.

Perfect getaway!
We stayed here for a short pre honeymoon and loved it! Super easy to find and simple to get into. A short walk to the boardwalk with lots of great dining options. We loved the Hook and Vine, and the Bakist. The house is cozy and the bed was very comfy. One thing to note: the house is all one floor, but there are steps down into the bedrooms, bathroom, and the kitchen. It wasn’t an problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, this would be a drawback.

We didn’t realize how many short steps there were between rooms, which was an issue for one of our guests. We suggest that you add some nightlights or mark those steps. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms were very clean and artfully decorated. Follow up to make certain we didn’t need anything was much appreciated.

Wonderful Home Away from Home Christmas
We stayed 6 nights to be close to family for Christmas. The 3 parking spaces allowed for the family to park too when they came for dinner Christmas night. Our host replied to our messages immediately. The home was decorated with a Christmas tree and lights on the fence. The electric fireplace added to the warmth that made us feel at home! The kitchen was stocked. There were comfortable towels and linens. The privacy fenced yard, deck with a table and grill gave us room to be outside. We walked 2 blocks to the Chesapeake Bay for coffee. Love loved it and hope to stay again when we come in town.

Visit to the Blue Crab
We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Blue Crab! The house was extremely clean and the décor was adorable. It was well decorated but also easy to child-proof by simply moving a few items to the top of the fridge. Everything was organized and convenient, from the entryway table with a helpful binder of things to do and a guestbook to the Wi-Fi password on a cute sign on the wall. The house has a great location and was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach even with a double stroller. We definitely recommend the Blue Crab and the North Beach area for a fun getaway that is super convenient to the DMV. Thank you, Danielle, for a great stay!

Two Happy Crabs 🦀🦀
Our 2nd visit to North Beach for the Annapolis boat show. We love the quaint, quiet, friendly beach community, along with excellent restaurants. We love the personal comfort of Vrbo’s especially after a long day of sight seeing etc. The Blue Crab provided, exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and beautiful seaside decor. It was everything - plus as the photos. Beautiful! Our host was wonderful 🌼 The Blue Crab is a excellent place to bring your pets. Nice size fenced yard, should we decide to bring ours. The cottage does have several step downs & they are light for safety. We loved the orange lights on the porch for Halloween 🎃 our favorite holiday. Thank you for sharing The Blue Crab for others to enjoy.

Very Quiet!
Great cottage a short walk from the bay. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard to sit and enjoy the sun or let your dog lay in the grass. Streaming cable. (Bring your logins for premiums!) WiFi great for leisure, but choppy for those on business Zoom calls. Gas grill a nice touch. Side note: Local restaurants seem to shutdown on Monday/Tuesday sometimes without notice in the colder months. Pet fee ask the night before check-in was a little surprising and not planned for, but didn't ruin the experience. Just be prepared for it as it doesn't show up on the booking process, probably because of VRBO. My Golden assured me she'd enjoy the backyard enough to make it worthwhile....and she did! We definitely recommend!
