This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, quiet and serene family home is located on the beautiful Oneida Lake in Central NY. The home includes all accommodations for a comfortable stay (3 memory foam queen beds, full size futon sleeper, 2 Fold away Twin Size guest beds) full kitchen and cooking facilities, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, and WiFi for your convenience. The open living space is perfect for entertaining and the upstairs executive suite allows for multiple families to stay comfortably. Includes large decks for enjoying the amazing outdoor areas, and stairs with landings leading down to your own private lakefront oasis! The home is located on the quiet north side of Oneida Lake, and because the home is elevated from the shoreline it offers some of the best views the lake has to offer! You will literally feel as if you could step outside onto the lake. The home also offers a fenced in back yard to keep the little ones safe and protected.

Bring your boat, and keep right at the included dock. You can be enjoying restaurants, and in Sylvan Beach within 5 minutes on water and on land! Experience some of the best fishing on the lake, with hotspots for bass and walleye right out in front of the property. You will also experience some of the best views of fireworks around the lake should you be lucky enough to stay during these times!

The property also offers winter lovers a taste of what makes Upstate NY winters some of the most beautiful around. The property is conveniently located right off a major snowmobile and ATV trail with easy access for both. It also could provide someone a nice quiet location to stay while visiting the Turning Stone Casino as it is less than 30 minutes away.

For rainy days we have recently added some new games; foosball, ping pong, darts, and wii!

If you are a nature lover you will not be disappointed, as it not uncommon to see deer, owls, and our resident bald eagle flying by! For Sylvan Beach attractions this location can not get more perfect. Your family will still be close enough to the action, but far enough away to get some relaxation later on. It also would make a perfect location to stay while visiting for one of the wedding venues in the beach. You will truly feel like you are on a relaxing retreat, with lake views visible throughout the entire home!

Beautiful View
This is a beautiful cottage with a beautiful view. It was big, clean, and the owner communicated very well. It was nice to have access to a hot tub, a game room, and the water. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Lake Views
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The views are better than the pictures in the listing. The house was clean & cozy with plenty of room for 4 people. The suite above the garage is huge & is great if you want a truly private space away from the main house.

Beautiful house on a wonderful setting
Friends and I were in town for a long weekend in Rome. The house was incredible and perfectly suited for the 8 of us. The view from the deck alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again, as the owner was extremely responsive, and the actual property matched the description perfectly.

Our family of 7 had plenty of room and LOVE the ping pong table for the rainy days we had! The view is absolutely amazing. Ryan was very responsive and the neighbors were all so friendly.

Mini reunion of 7 high school (40 yrs ago) buddies! Well kept home with many amenities (as advertised). Hot tub on back deck with lake view was amazing! Our wives were jealous. Excellent location and only 10-15 minutes from Sylvan Beach. Ryan (property mgr/owner) was very responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

Perfect!
We stayed here for a girls weekend, there were 7 of us and we found the house to be perfect, clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out, a variety of different areas in the house to enjoy or relax, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, or play games down stairs. Our group takes a trip every year and we all felt that this was the best rental so far. We are already talking about visiting here again. Thank you Ryan !!

Wonderful home!!!
First the house was super clean and in a great location. Ryan is great to deal. We were close to amusement park and beach. The only downside were the stairs to the water ,there are a lot and not great for a toddler or caring a infant! But would love to come back and stay again. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the lake with a electric awning that is great for shade. Overall great experience !

Unmatched views, quiet street, and spacious interior
This home has one of the most beautiful lake views of any place I've ever stayed. We would come back just for the time spent on the deck gazing at the lake. It is on a quiet street. The interior common space was spacious, with a nice layout of kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Three of the four bedrooms had the stunning lake view. Ample restaurants and amenities were nearby. I would suggest that this home is best for people without disabilities, as beds and couches are low to the ground, the showers are small, and the deck does not have extensive safety railings. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Ryan and family were very responsive via the Home Away App! Their place is simply beautiful and the views were spectacular! There is really nothing you need to bring since their place was fully stocked with the essentials. Hey, it is tough to get my mother-in-law of 80 years young to sleep somewhere different, and she did not want to leave, huh. Looking forward to another outing at the Ryan’s.

Fantastic weekend
My husband and I spent a most wonderful and relaxing weekend at this lovely lake house. The house, itself, is absolutely gorgeous and the view from living room and several bedrooms across the lake with all the fall colors was spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub, under the stars was so relaxing after a long hike at nearby Verona Beach State Park. The house was super clean. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any question. The huge "executive" bedroom with balcony and view of the lake was so comfortable. Can't wait to return. I highly recommend this fantastic home.

Beautiful Experience
This property was near perfect! The communication with the property manager was easy and he was very quick to answer questions and get back to us. The hot tub was the reason we picked this house, but between the views, the large deck, the cleanliness, the stocked kitchen and the location, we would recommend and rent again. There were places to explore and restaurants for take out (most were closed due to the winter season and Covid) but we had a great time looking around the area. One thing to note : the executive suite is separate from the main house area. The executive suite is entered through the garage with its own door and area. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and serene vacation spot.
My wife, son, and I have traveled on a semi-consistent basis the last several years, visiting many similar inland lake vacation areas in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Oneida Lake is definitely at the top. The Bouchard's property is beautiful. From the views of the lake to the large deck, fenced in yard for pets, and of course, the hot tub for relaxing at the end of long, fun filled days of boating, fishing, swimming, and tubing. The house is well appointed and comfortable for adults and children. Being a few minutes away from Sylvan Beach and Verona State Park are excellent. Coneheads ice cream is a must for a treat at night and Rome, NY is about a 25 minute drive for a movie on a rainy day or to use the local YMCA for your fitness fix. Flo's Diner is a must for dinner. It is quiet where the property is located on a private drive with a several neighbors. If you choose to rent a boat or paddle board, use Angler's Bay, right down the road. They are courteous and provide excellent service and advice for boating and fishing on the lake. The Bouchard's are accommodating and gracious with any issues that may arise during your stay. We will certainly consider renting again in the future.

Beautiful Spacious Home with Amazing Views
We truly enjoyed staying at the Bouchard's property! It is difficult for us to find a place because we are looking for somewhere that we can have 4 bedrooms - beds must be comfortable, minimum 2 baths, waterfront, air conditioning, Wifi, a nice kitchen for cooking and a place that allows pets. This place met all of our needs and more! Our family is grown and our children are between the ages of 20 & 27. One is married and expecting her first child. She and her husband stayed in the master bedroom with it's bath (fantastic jet tub & shower) in the main part of the house - perfect for them. Special note - If anyone has any lower back problems, I highly recommend the bed in the suite above the garage. This was a lifesaver for me! My husband and I enjoyed this space and it was private. We were able to relax, enjoy the view off the mini deck and read, sit on the couch and watch tv. It was like we were in another location away from our kids. This space was so big that you could easily put a young couple and their small children in this area comfortably. They had two cots besides the bed. Another plus for anyone who has small children and are worried about them going near the water alone, the yard is all fenced in. This year that feature was nice because of our two dogs however next year we will have a little one that will be just learning to walk! Having the piece of mind of knowing that they will be safe is priceless! Another very nice plus, is that the house is on a quiet narrow drive along with about 6 other homes. Cars don't go more than maybe 5-10 mph. We never had to worry about our dogs going out the front door and into traffic. This is also ideal for families that have small children as well. The neighbors have lived there basically all their lives in homes that have been passed down through their families. Everyone is very quiet and thoughtful! You will love this place!
